His latest video at the steak place was really bad form. It's like he went there to slate it. I can't believe he filmed himself telling the waiter everything that was wrong with the food. I thought it was reprehensible to talk at the end about how they gave him the entire bill free and then ENCOURAGE people to ask for their money back when they are not happy with anything. It just feels like Gary has now opened this place up to a load of chancers.
I jumped through this video and then unsubscribed from him. I’m done with his content.

came here to say the exact thing, what a toss pot. Actively encouraging the kind of bottom feeders in his comments who would do exactly that and try and get a free meal even when theres absolutely nothing wrong with it. Not to mention this is what 5 or 6 videos after he actively spoke out against so called influencers going to places to sh!t on them for likes? Did I not say he did the exact same? Genuinely didnt think he could fall any lower in my expectations till this, what an hole
most recently i believe he's said he's stopping this channel at the end of the year and starting a new one only focusing on small indipendent businesses but i'm not holding my breath

He must know what a foolish decision that would be. Splitting channels, starting a new one etc, is nearly always a mistake.
Why would he bother starting a new channel? Surely if he wants to go in a slightly different direction he could just do it from the same channel?

Haven’t looked since his shaggy/scooby doo disguise .he is going on about the steak, mash,onion rings, spills pepper sauce on the tablecloth…he didn’t want to do that he says ….really… says not worth the money, ridiculous.. Then Manager comes over and he looked liked he was going to wet himself. Says steak needs rested and everything else was fine 🫢

its the gross thing of the influencers who make content off of homeless people and the like. Just give them the money you dont have to film and make a song and dance about it, people arent your content, utter pricks
I have just watched part of his latest video, and frankly I am appalled. He was in Padstow reviewing a fish and chip shop, owned by the same people who own the two pasty shops. The same pasty shops which Danny v food reviewed.
The title of Gary's video, says he was "thrown" out of the fish an chip shop, because of their previous visits and comments about the food ect. He mentioned that TripAdvisor had been bombarded with one star reviews for the pasty shop, because of Danny's visit. He did at least say that this is the wrong approach.
So Gary puts on a ridiculous wig, and allegedly goes to the fish & chip shop, where he is asked to leave. This supposedly happened off camera. So he made a very poor attempt at humour, at the expense of the owners of the pasty and fish & chip shop.
I don't know if you or any of your cronies read Gary, but since you teamed up with Danny, your integrity, if you ever had any, has plummeted. You have gone right down in my estimation.

I caved to thumbnail clickbait and watched his re-review of Walkers fish 'n' chip shop in Padstow. Gazza disguised himself in a cheap Michael Fabricant/Austin Powers wig and glasses but still got thrown out. He managed to find someone from Spud Bros to go in and buy a meal.

The 'disguise' was clearly him taking the absolute piss. As for 'seeing if they had improved' - it's your standard tourist fast food place, they all call themselves 'world's best' or whatever, it's not a serious thing. I'm not at all surprised the owner threw him out. Gary was having a cheap laugh, clickbait moment at the guy's expense. I don't think Gary seems to realise the responsibility that comes with his platform.
As for roping in the Morgan guy and trying to goad him into saying the service wasn't good, that was poor form. As was Gary then later in the video revealing what Morgan didn't want to say on camera. Way to breach a professional confidence.
