My husband was pissing me off the other day so I put Gary on. Was actually worth it tbh!
I learned from the video that not many of those people actually like Gary. Shocker. It was also glaringly obvious who knows about food and who doesn’t. Gary didn’t even know what a latke was. Shameful. He’s that ignorant head who works in payroll and is known for not washing his hands after going to the loo.
Honestly I had to google it but then again I don’t claim to be or am a food reviewer
The secret answer is none of them know anything about food.
That video was embarrassing. Si King was speaking earnestly and knowledgeably about the food and the venue he'd chosen, meanwhile Gary is clearly not listening and acting the fool making stupid faces about drinking a negroni. Even my husband who is normally more forgiving of him than I am said it was glaringly obvious that for the bigger restauranty hitters, it was just respective management teams who'd got in touch with one another rather than Gary being great mates with them.
I agree with all that I like Si and will have a look at his YouTube channel when it arrives.
Hopefully it goes well for him.
