I'm so sorry I didn't mean for it to sound like you were shaming her! I know Gail reads this so I was saying no shame in weight gain to her. She was slimmer before. There are a lot of women her size and if she's happy right now she would be showing women size 12/14 the actual fit for them

Her problem with weight is she can't stick to changing her eating and keep those changes as a lifestyle. No diet will work if you go back to how you ate before. Calorie deficit diet will result in weight loss but she will have to stick to it after. She did will with slimming world because she followed the program. Used to show her meals every day. For someone who constantly boasts what an amazing business woman she is, now blabbering about how she's not a focused person is just Gail BS

I stopped following her around the time she started promoting some sort of 'miracle tea' as a brand ambassador for it. She was making all sorts of claims about the benefits at the time. Funnily enough there hasn't been any mention of it in a long time, the fad must have ended along with the moolah she was getting paid to promote it.

No mention of Zip yard, Desert Diamonds or the car dealership since her BA's with them ended. Lots of boutiques have come and gone but with the ones she did for free during lockdown, I might not correctly name which she was paid for. She did say in the podcast she did that she got her BA's with PS and Paul's by doing showcasing for free so not exactly a selfless actChi Tea or whatever it was called..no mid day slump, Matty Nagle and the video workouts, the amazing Pilates teacher, vitamins...more vitamins...there'll be a post for back to school vitamins. People who have really been dreaming of having a line their whole lives and are talented. Gails crap is going to be in PS shops instead of others who deserve it just because she has a relationship with PS. She has had nothing on paper for any amount of years. The cost of putting out an original line is huge. She paid for an existing line and stuck her label in it. Common practice in the fashion industry. That's what happens to real designers. They don't have connections or the money to put their designs out and so they sell them to stores and people like GR to make a living.
