Its even sadder to see people in the comments applauding her, when she really needs to be gently and kindly shown that there is nothing good about this or at the very least ignored. Who’s her employer as I can only see she works for herself? I hope it really has as this has truly upset me. Having had issues with my own child and having to go to professionals for support the thought of being mocked behind my back makes me feel ill.

The thing that concerns me is that we have been here before with Scott. He has been doing this for years. I can only hope that because this is now so big, this will be stopped. He will double down, gaslight and basically say people can’t handle the truth. There will be no change because fundamentally, like all abusive people, he believes he is right to behave this way.

Whatever way we want to view the psychologist involved, she is bringing her employer into disrepute and I can’t see how she will explain those messages away. It is unbelievable behaviour from someone who works with children. I can’t even get into it, it is awful.

From professional experience, if he has been shadow directing, him and whoever his front man are will be in the shit.

I have long suspected the finances would be “interesting” I imagine he is the bank transfer / PayPal account. He could be using “Ambassadors” to funnel the money, he takes a cut. It would be very interesting to see what the actual business and financial structure are.

Agreed, he will never stop, he's the ultimate manipulator and reinventor. He will never seek help for his very obvious, extreme personality disorders as he doesn't believe he has a problem. All the drama and attention is likely reinforcing his Messiah-complex and his belief that he is extremely important, a saviour and fundamentally right. I wouldn't be surprised if he abuses substances as well, or if he suffers from mania, as he never seems to sleep and is constantly posting non-sensical rubbish. Unfortunately you can't win with people like this, you just have to try and make their life as uncomfortable as possible whilst keeping your own sanity intact. I really admire Jess for speaking out, and taking what I imagine is a shitload of abuse for it. She's a braver person than most.

I got fully scammed by Francis diet, like an idiot I signed up because I had 12 weeks til I went on holiday… And I was desperate- my own stupid fault.. Paid for the ‘VIP’ service, got given the welcome pack, basically a few PDF’s and my food plan, which every single person has. Every single message I sent was ignored, still to this day haven’t had a reply paid the cash, sent me a PDF… that’s it. lol. The food is the WORST and basically if you don’t like it then you’re useless. Such an idiot for signing up.

I throw my two pence in on this. I know a lot of competitive bodybuilders and people who work in that space and this man is a con artist. Put it this way - serious bodybuilding competitors, who admit themselves that bodybuilding is basically a celebrated eating disorder, are appalled at his plans.

People, especially those who have basic or limited exercise experience, are massively over exercising on very low calories with limited guidance. The risk of serious injury or collapse is real on his “diet”

He is a bully of the kind that if you don’t follow his ridiculous regime, that even the most dedicated of bodybuilders would refuse to follow, it must be YOUR fault. Never mind it’s completely unsustainable and if you sustain what he expects then I’m sorry to break it to you but that is, at best, disordered eating.

Someone I know who used him as he was cheap (he is for the realm he was operating in at the time) and he had to hound him for the plan, it was obviously not personalised at all, food was the same daily, HUGE amounts of cardio that risked injury and counter productive to the goals he had.

I can’t comment on what he does these days as I’ve avoided him like the plague since but I know he was mostly driven out of the bodybuilding world as a serious coach due to being known as a dangerous rip off merchant.

I know at the time, he was vile to women so if he is aiming plans at women and attempting to shame them into losing weight with barbaric tactics, I would not be surprised. No one close to him lasts long, they all get fed up in the end.

edited to say - I HIGHLY recommend following Caroline Girvan programmes. I wouldn’t suggest a coach unless you have a specific goal in mind, or someone who you have really researched who practices what they preach. There are a serious amount of rip off merchants about.

I'm so happy to see this toxic piece of shit be brought down. My sister follows him (I don't think she is on his plan), she is a size 10/12 so normal sized.

I'm the fat one in the family and I'm so glad to be working with my online coach who educates us about food and and nutrition and doesn't used before and afters to promote his business and treats people with kindness and compassion.

He would never tell anyone to do two fucking workouts a day. He just tell people to get their steps in and try and get in a couple of resistance training sessions a week.
