I think it’s easy to say we’d leave if someone cheated but I mean they have been together since they were teens so maybe she’s just too attached to let him go. Obvs that’s not good at all and she is a doormat but I can see her being the type to do that, even if it’s just for the sake of the kids

I do understand she is staying because of the kids but in few years they will be bigger and she will be alone!! And all because she waited for Ash .. she is young and she could found someone else !
I actually don’t think there’s more to the split. I think it’s just a case of they’ve been friends more than anything else for a few years and it’s just been a gradual progression of ‘officially’ splitting. Ashley barely has time for his own wife and kids let alone cheating or meeting someone else. I do think the timing of the announcement was strange though 
No two people including siblings have the exact same genetics you have a 50/50 split from each but the genes you pick up from each side aren't exactly the same which is why there are differences x

Everyone else has stopped liking Laura’s posts except her I think. I wonder do they stay in touch? I imagine she isn’t in touch with anyone but Francesca since the split.
Francesca also likes Jessica’s pictures as well. I think she’s not one to take sides. Unlike everyone else who has unfollowed Laura or no longer interacts with her content
I really feel for francesca, she is doing a grand job with 2 kids as a single mum. She is no mug, a strong woman. He is another story.
My brother and I are both mixed race, our dad black carribean and our mum white British.
My brother is much darker in complexion, has afro hair.
I'm more olive skinned, different hair type. We are the spitting image of each other with our facial features but completely different colouring.
Similar situation here. My siblings and I are mixed race but all different complexions, all different hair types but our facial features exactly the same. Interesting how genetics work!
So there have been a few "ambiguous" posts now that Ashley has posted around mental health and happiness. I'm starting to wonder whether actually his split from Fran was to do with lack of fulfillment/mental health struggles... Makes sense for Fran to stick by if he's somewhat fragile
I don’t believe we’ll ever know the reason, only that it wasn’t a toxic split.
I do feel he respects her as a best friend/companion, but has lost feelings and no longer sees her in a romantic way. I don’t feel she’ll ever meet anyone else, she’s too attached to Ashley, even just for co-parenting it’s way too intense how much she tags and posts about him, let alone the fact she is still working as his secretary.
Fair play to her though, she’s stuck by him and praised him throughout the 2 years since the supposed split happened.
I’m curious as to where Ashley is living now and if he is seeing someone when he’s not with Fran or at the Diversity Studio, e.g. at Christmas Day he was nowhere to be seen.

I reckon he's suffering with his mental health and doesn't think he's "right" for anyone but has so many dependents: his immediate family, extended family and whole of diversity. It's a lot of pressure for one guy to take on alone, so I do get it.
If it were that, I'd have so much more respect explaining his battles because imagine all the help he'd be able to get if that were the case! (and people would get off Fran's back about it all)

I think this is spot on and I said something similar on nay’s thread this morning. I’ll go and look at Fran’s post to see, but I do think he has buckled somewhat under the pressure. Fame is tough.
