Drive to Survive is going to be included on Gogglebox tonight - sounds like it's going to be Grosjean's crash.

Feels like it's going mainstream with a Gogglebox appearance.

I'm in a right grump.

I'm happy Lewis is better, but really didn't want him racing this weekend.

Boring final race coming.

After seeing Checo win yesterday, and a long-time (circa 2007) fan of Seb’s through thick and thin, I am VERY much looking forward to next season:devilish:

He’s isn’t gonna win the championship or anything, but he should be up there getting good results and podiums.

And who knows in 2022, rumours of Toto going to Aston, could be a Merc 2.0:unsure:

Me too! 😂 It's also arrogant of Lewis to think that won't happen and he can drag it out. I still can't believe he never acknowledged the job George did whilst he was ill.

It was a pretty boring race throughout really. Definitely agree about needing to see more of the field though.

I am surprised by Bottas! I don't know about you guys, but for me the Mercedes crew never looks happy for Bottas. Red Bull and Ferrari has their favourite drivers too, but they atleast clap for their second driver.

Shame about missing Canada again, is normally good value. But fingers crossed for next year.

Would've been odds on certain for Mazepin to bin it into the Wall of Champions if Canada was on. I'm sure Turkey will provide ample opportunity in its stead.

Lewis and Perez could be interesting, but how long will P stay up the top and will be be told move over for Max?

It's not about strategy though with Bottas. He just simply isn't as fast or consistent as Hamilton.

I've lost count the number of times he just falls away from Lewis and ends up several (sometimes dozens of) seconds behind, even when on the exact same strategy.

But then I don't really think there's a problem with that. He's up against one of the greatest drivers of all time, so it's no shame in not being as good. If anything, it rather suits Mercedes to have a driver who is pretty quick but not as good as the other one. Reduces the chances of inter-team conflict and on-track incidents.

Agree, I was surprised there was not much about, how big that crash was in the media. I get that Bottas having a truely bad time, but come on, he hit the wall 2 times, he was lucky to get out easily.

Do you mean this one? I do not agree with animals being used as entertainment. Do not get me started on the whole big cats/great apes/monkeys for pets thing ☹
