Forgot the link I was in such a rush!!
even as a Charles Fan, he has to stop this emotional and erratic quality to his driving tbh. while i know everyone wants to be on the podium, especially as a ferrari driver in monza, there was really no need for it and there were at least two occasions where it could have all gone wrong. i would have been really annoyed on carlos’ behalf if it had!I watched it until Max got past. Then watched last few laps. Not sure what Lewis was doing! Plus the Ferraris was it really needed to do that at the end? Could have been curtains for both.
i can’t see checo staying. if he does, he has no self respectThis race is so boring. Max needs a better team mate. At least Merc have some/ alot of competition between drivers
Completely agree, its going to be eyes on Alex this weekend by the looks of things because the news hasn't gone down well. I think at this stage too when both drivers are on 0 points its even more unfairHorrible for Logan. Vowles has basically said 'this guy's shit and we have no faith' to the entire world, which is potentially career ending.
It's a poisoned chalice for Alex. If he doesn't score points, and I think it's unlikely he does in that car this weekend, then he's got a target right on his back. We'll also have to see how he performs without Logan's performance to flatter him, we know the Williams isn't the worst car on the grid (Alpines have that covered and the Stake also seems shit) so will he actually look any good without a weaker teammate?
Any driver thinking about a move to Williams will also be watching this really carefully. Not only is the team so ill prepared that they don't have a spare chassis (and likely didn't have one in Saudi either!), but they're completely willing to abandon all concepts of fairness to prioritise their preferred driver.
Rain made for an interesting race at least. Very messy though. Please no rain during the trainings but rain during qualifying could make things really interesting ...
My husband also thinks Alonso is a possibility. I said there's no doubt he'll be excited by the news of a big shift around, and I'm sure he's 'just happened to be passing' Brackley, with the finest chorizo and Rioja in the car.Alonso could be a good shout. He's surely only got a year or two left and he'd love a shot in a better team before he retires. I don't think Mercedes are looking for a long term option right now - they've got Antonelli who'll be ready in a couple of years so I think they'll go for a stop gap to see them through and Alonso fits that perfectly. Plus, him and George get on really well. Certainly wouldn't rule him out!
but he’s not the first and won’t be the last driver to have an article like that written about him. and that headline is true, and he struggles to convert poles to wins in a way that only charles can match.Headlines like this probably don’t help either, especially when we know he’s already hard on himself, I haven’t had time to read the article to see if it’s fair or harsh

If this is true of course. I do wonder what the employees feel like having to work alongside the creep? The actual workers not the highly paid execs. It cannot be easy as some will be bothered by it others may not but as ot was a Co worker I just wonder how they all feel. I know a job is a job and if you love it you are 1 lucky person as many hate they jobs.Kinda feel like with Jos' track record, he should sit this one out. That said, now one person has broken silence on the situation, I wonder who else will?
Have turned off every single notification on my phone and will put it on as soon as I wake up! I’ve got up for every race in the past but the current Max driving off into the sunset has me valuing my sleep more.Actually debating getting up tomorrow …
