I am not sure if it’s supposed to be drama or comedy

I’ve watched all the episodes on ITV hub. Enjoyed it but wished it was Alice who fell down the stairs as she was annoying as f... Like you I couldn’t decide what it wanted to be.

I’ve watched all episodes on the ITV HUB . I’m assuming there will be a second series as there was A LOT of loose ends .
It’s very funny in places , quite dark . I don’t think it’s set out to be a comedy

I quite liked it from the first episode . If you dont like it by episode 3 then personally I’d give up . I enjoyed it all the way through ..

I’ve only seen the first one. They call these a Dramady, like Six Feet Under was. That was a fabulous series.

I've only watched the first episode. I am sure Harry couldn't legally hand over their house to someone unless the spouse gives their permission in writing? I am sure you need to go to a solicitor to do this. Unless the house is only in his name? Wouldn't they just sign the house back to avoid the inheritance tax? The house situation is bugging me

It was billed as a ‘comedy drama’.
I really enjoyed it. Especially as a grieving widow myself it was quite refreshing to see someone else act rather like I did after my loss.
I do hope there is a season two though as like above said, a lot of lose ends.

I thought the mortuary scenes were far fetched, you don't just turn up whenever you feel like it surely?

Hmmmm very savvy though as the episodes go on . She’s very much absolutely destroyed by her husbands death through the entire series . I cried watching it as I couldn’t bear to think what life would be like without my husband
I didn’t think much of the daughters character. Joanna lumley was absolutely brilliant as was Nigel Havers

I watched the first episode and I didn't find it that gripping Though I did like Joanna Lumley's flippant performance as Alice's Mother. That staircase though??? It's so steep and with no handrail who would want something so dangerous in their home?

I am on the 2nd episode of Finding Alice & finding it a bit boring does it get better?

Great news that a season 2 is being filmed currently. It's some all star cast but I think it's Isabella Pappas who's going to become a star from it.

Just watched the final episode - so many loose ends!! Surely there has to be a second series, though I believe it hasn’t been commissioned yet. I was waiting for episode 7 to start
Overall I enjoyed it, it was easy to watch, bittersweet. I’d definitely watch a second series.

Just watched the last episode! Pretty good ending but wish they had explained more, guessing they're hoping for another series.
It's a shame because I dont think there was any conclusions, think they should have cleared up some of the storylines

I stuck it through to the end but I’ll admit to playing games on my phone, reading messages etc to finish it. Dare I say I found keeley Hawes incredibly annoying and I usually adore her. IMO not her greatest series.

I watched them all on player. Was a bit slow in parts. But I enjoyed it. Particularly liked Nigel Havers character. Lots of loose ends, so assume a second series has been commissioned? Found his sisters character annoying. Found the daughters character a bit weak to start with, but the way the character was played, became clearer at the end. Would watch the next series, if they do make one. But as I said was just ok...
