The comment about refresher training seems a bit dodgy if it was supposed to be purely due to paperwork?
The cardboard on the floor thing makes no sense? I have worked in kitchens and I’ve never in my life known of someone to think to put a piece of cardboard down? Surely you put up a wet floor sign and get a mop? Or if it’s a regular thing get some sort of non slip mat that can be cleaned. Excuse after excuse. The councils fault obviously if you can’t keep up standards just because your gETTinG mARRieD when you constantly boast about having what, about 20+ staff? Then there is something very wrong in your business. For a start Lauren isn’t getting married so what’s her excuse??

Her excuse is she’s a size 6 now 🥲

I think it was more the men she was dating didn't like it cos did she not go live on a date with gingerbeard the twins photographer and he hated it and dumped her after? Love tessa though she seems like great fun she said the pressure of telling people everything too now she's not got into dentistry and people keep asking her about it

It was about a cake one of the twins forgot to put in the book so the other had 24 hours to bake and decorate it. It got a few negative comments so I presume that's why they deleted it

I do like Finch twins but I think their cakes are crap! HN will be a success in manc just cos of who they are not the cake..you’re paying for the name for the Gram post they’re not that great cakes etc

I’ve just compared ingredients on their brownies to 2 other bakery businesses and they use vegetable fat (yuck) and preservatives which I was surprised at

Just my opinion as a small time baker, some of their occasion cakes are awful regarding decoration! Not sure on taste? But bet they cost a fortune. Probs get much better cakes from a home baker for a quatre of the price?

I’ve had one of their cakes for my baby shower and yes it looked beautiful but I wasn’t overly impressed with the taste and quality of the actual cake. I wouldn’t order another from there

I reckon they booked it before they got preg hmmmm, I couldn’t leave my baby though for a week!!!!

Find the new cake cabinet a odd choice as it doesn’t showcase cakes that well? The tiles are so distracting

I quite like the finchfession they entertain me but them checking out the profile and commenting on the confessions makes me uncomfortable them saying they know them from the cakes you've ordered off them or remembers them from last weeks confessions
