Here's what has me wondering.........What happened to that friend of hers that she spent so much time with when she moved there - the people with the boat? The woman whose family they spent summer vacation with in Morzine. I think Fern is the godmother to this woman's small child, yet she has disappeared from Fern's vlogs and social media.
But you know who's social media she hasn't disappeared from? This Rachel Ward person. Rachel has shown holiday parties or afternoon teas with a group of people in the past week or two, thanking this woman for a great time in her Instagram stories, and there was no Fern in sight at these events. Also, this woman doesn't seem to have social media any longer - looks as though she's deleted her Instagram page.

Aah yes the one that was always drinking wine and leaving the nanny to look after the child all the time !

Most extremely rich people I know don't have any social media presence and ask not to be included in other peoples posts because they are classy and or they have been advised from a PR / security point of view . Many have employed “ people” to clean up the internet about them too .
That vlog of the Carlton was a bit tragic ! I’ve stayed there with work , it really isn't that fancy , those two sitting there like princesses saying how reasonable the prices are , tone deaf !!

However, I do think they've had some sort of a falling out. When Fern and Ryan's bid on that house they wanted so badly didn't materialize, the last we saw of this couple was on Fern's vlog, with them having dinner at their home, shortly after they lost the bid. Over the last year or so, I've occasionally looked at this person's Instagram page and saw posts about endless partying on the boat, in different restaurants, and Fern and Ryan were never present. I forgot all about it until I looked at Rachel Ward's page recently, saw at least two different party situations with this person and, again, Fern was not present. I even went to this person's Instagram page, and she was still up and posting the holiday tea at the time....Rachel Ward was there, this person went all around the table and there was no Fern in sight! I'd say in the last week or two is when this lady deleted her Instagram page.
Maybe Fern and Ryan and didn't appreciate their "consumerism" - LOL!!
Aah Interesting, Ferns daughter and the other woman’s daughter seemed to be good friends too , strange !
Bet the nouveau riche ex pat english community is just full of gossips , not much else to do between botox and filler appointments !!
That woman was hideous. Everyone wore hats on the boat apart from her baby! Kid was always out in full sun suffering. 
And the poor dog was also dragged along for a whole day suffering on the boat. Chavvy rich people are the worst!

I don't follow her on Instagram and I have never commented on her page, but anything is possible.
She hasn't deleted Instagram. She's @_hollzzziiieee_. It's just private.
In other news, the undeclared advert for the beauty salon in one of F's latest videos is beyond cringe.
Rachel really forked out for Fern’s gifts vs what she got in return. 
His business has been in what the French call redressement fiscal for 6 months. It means at some point he didnt have the money to pays his suppliers, workers and taxes etc. And a judge has formulated a plan to repay the outstanding debts. It’s one step short of going bankrupt basically.
Wow. Well there ya go. Not his first bankruptcy either so hes not good at managing a business and its finances. There he was giving us all advice not having mortgages etc, makes sense now cos he didn't have the money to pay for one. Bet that's why the pink house had to go, living beyond their means.
Things are rarely what they seem. And there she is swanning round The Carlton (mind you it's massively over rated and a favorite of all the new money insta huns and rich arabs that think its the place to be seen) not just once over the Christmas period but several times. Chugging down oysters and Skinny witches. It's all smoke and mirrors.

His type of business is fraught with this type of problem , you only need one job where the developer doesn’t pay / goes bust and you are stuffed , especially if not got stage payments up front and you have already laid out for materials and labour
Maybe this explains the MDF kitchen counter tops , I do feel sorry for anyone that is facing business problems but to carry on like loaded in south of France seems fake.
The info I shared is freely available on line. It's normal to have stage payments for building projects here in France. 80% of new business don't survive two years because of cash flow and I suspect he is falling into this category. Social charges and taxes are very high compared to the uk in the sector he works in, they probably spent money before paying what they owe to the government/suppliers.
She doesn't have a registered business in France so where does she declare her earnings? she lives here full time and her vlogs are France based so she should be self employed - she isn't.
