I only came to this thread to see if they were still in a relationship, considering they/he keeps the relationship of Instagram. I think she was probably being defensive... there's probably so much shit in her relationship and she knows it. You probably hit a soft spot saying she's always happy which in reality probably isn't true.

I do 100% understand. However at the time I was quite angry. I didn’t troll her after or anything. But I was angry as I would never intentionally hurt anyone. Especially with what I’ve been through. If she doesn’t want to lend an ear to anyone then she shouldn’t be offering her inbox as a safe place. Just my opinion of course.

I don’t think it would bother me if she hasn’t had a baby herself, but I have never seen her work with other expecting mums or women who have had babies to understand what they are going through. But I can understand why it’s irritating when she tells mums they should be happy with their mum tums because are they lucky to have had baby. Also if you are a size 12 or below doesn’t necessary mean you are healthy.

sorry have been meaning to respond to this. I’m currently training for a half marathon and getting advice from runners who have done half marathons. My plans are compiled by them. My nutrition is also worked out by someone who has studied in this field. You get my point.

there are so many dangers of working with women postpartum that she won’t even be aware of. If she’s gone and done specific learning towards this topic then I apologize, but I also doubt it.

I think that’s what makes her so insufferable! She’s so smug and acts like everything is perfect and she’s living her best life but shes actually probably super insecure and in what appears to be a horrible, toxic relationship with someone who treats her like a mug! Why pretend?

I have no idea why but I feel like Diren would the type of man to say ‘I like confident women’ and if she ever said to him she wasn’t happy with things he’d spin it to ‘you’re being insecure and that’s not the kinda girl I want to be with so..’ like make it her problem that she needs to change and get on board with rather than a reflection on him and his behaviour? Like ‘if you want to be with me this is how it is’ kind of a thing? Because there’s no way on earth she doesn’t feel something about being a more or less ‘secret’ girlfriend. Unless it’s an open relationship and she really is that chill then why would she be ok with that? Or what are the benefits for her? Has it been confirmed he’s actually cheated on her or is it speculation based on how he treats her?
I couldn’t be with someone for 3 years and A) not have genuine feelings for them (as in she’s not just in it for the sake of it) and B) know that they’re actively keeping me a secret. There’s a huge difference between keeping things private and keeping things a secret. It’s just really not nice and I don’t know why she puts up with it.
What do her family think I wonder? Or her friends who follow him??
If she’s said she’s not happy about it and he doesn’t change I’d just start posting pics with him from my own account. You can see he’s like a CSI making sure she’s not anywhere on his stories or posts and she every so often has a little glimpse of him so I would put money on it’s him not wanting to show her off rather than a mutual decision not to post one another. I don’t get why though because if he was say ‘embarrassed’ to be with her like mentioned above, he’s more of an idiot because posting her is way less embarrassing than being with her in ‘secret’ (when everyone actually knows and they know we know) and all his best friends and his idol JS know about it so? None of it makes sense to me.

Interesting to read all the views on this. I always wondered, as I am a lot older- 41, than the crew and possible their followers if their relationship was the norm now.. apparently not. I really doubt she was the one who broke it off, I just do- maybe there was some sort of ultimatum and he refused to budge. From my side I can’t see why he would have kept her hidden away- he’s hardly epic famous. Like James has shown more of his on/off relationships than Diren ever did.
I wonder what that means for her now. Seems like before him she was an Ibiza party girl, interested in fitness. Met him and then made and built a total career from online fitness. I can’t imagine anyone would know of her other than via James/Diren…

I also noticed today on james q & a that someone had asked about pre and post natal training, before when someone asks he tags Fliss in the story, but today he said see someone professional and that was that. I really feel for her, she drives be bloody bonkers with the sticking out her tongue (I’m sure some people don’t like me ) etc but no one deserves to be hidden, it’s in effect emotional abuse.
