House is teeny. Lovely but teeny. Bet they will buy one in Dorset with a lovely garden. She loves her garden and the coast.

Makes me chuckle people saying it's too expensive when it's sold 🤷🏼‍♀️🙈

Exactly, a house is worth what people will pay for it regardless of what people think! And for the area it is right !

That’s just a reflection on where people live. I’m in Essex and you don’t get a lot for your money here, however, someone elsewhere paying £650k would get a mansion and would be justified in saying that it’s a tiny house for the money!

Its a ‘cosy’ home with a decent kitchen. But it’s not a grand or impressive home - with grounds, driveway, outbuildings etc which is what many of her husband’s colleagues will have.

I completely get that, I just find it odd that in the same area there are 4/5 beds with double drives for the same price. I get hers is in top condition and doesn’t need a penny spending on it which increases its value and saleability, but if I had that budget in that area I’d have picked something larger personally x

Yeah she’s from Dorset. Would love to see some posts about her new home but I doubt there’ll be any which is fine, of course. As much as she’s been an annoying twit to follow over the years, I wish them all the best... I like her more now she’s gone 🤣

She also commented on her bestie Izzy judds post about her poorly child so she is still lurking for sure

She also commented on couple of Cara’s posts. I was little surprised tbh. I thought they are besties and maybe use dm’s rather then public comments.

In Northern Ireland you would get the most amazing massive house with a sea view and lots of land around it for that price and still have money left to do it up

Yes they are, I think they are probably more similar then you’d imagine. I believe Cara is one of the special ones who gets to follow Elle’s private account so I think that probably qualifies her as a friend. Or perhaps it’s friends with benefits.
