Is it actually priced £650,000? I just can't see it at all and now I've started I can't stop til I see it
It was originally a two bedroom but they split a room upstairs to create a third bedroom which is why the rooms are now so small. It's in one of her blogs.The house, kitchen in particular, is gorgeous no one can deny itbut the two bedrooms are tiny! And there’s no window in the bathroom (random I know but would annoy me!) she said before that they wanted to put a master en-suite in the loft, and if they’d done that and we’re asking for £650k then fair enough but I think it’s overpriced for what it is. Couldn’t imagine raising two children there past the ages of about 7/8 personally.
Here's the original floor plan....looking at it, I think they split the bathroom and put in a corridor to get to it.

I've stopped looking, it's really not easy to find at all
It’s already under offer. There are nicer places for less, but if you’re an insta wanker I guess you can command more?!!

Ah found it on Zoopla! Underwhelmed by that awful patch of grass at the top of the garden...I don't know much about house pricing at all but I'd have thought it'd be a bit more luxe and less weedy and meh for £650,000....

Elle has made the house look lovely. Her insta photos do it more justice than the estate agents ones.
There are literally only ten 3 bedroom semi detached houses in Godalming between £600-£650,000.
Especially if they took out a remortgage for the amount she said they did to do the extension… I’m sure she said it was 100K
They didn't pay £635,000 for it - it last sold for £425,000.
But yes, the extension was £100,000+ and they did remortgage. Like I said earlier, they have made a decent profit but not amazing given what they have done to it (extension, added an extra bedroom and downstairs loo) the area and how long they've owned it for. Nothing to be sniffed at though and I'm sure it will set them up nicely for the next place for the Sunday Times best selling author and JP Morgan VP!
Of course they do. This is because on Instagram one only posts snippets of what one wants to portray.
It’s so out of proportion. Good size downstairs but two useless bedrooms upstairs.
Also, I’d be worried that people could find and recognise my house this easily. I hope she moves away, closes her Instagram accounts, stops writing books under the guise of raising money for charity and gets on with her life.

Ah makes more sense! I must’ve missed that post! I’m sure they’ll buy a lovely house and she’ll make it her own! She has definitely made this house look pretty! I do always wonder why people pay loads for extensions only to sell their houses shortly after! I’ve seen loads do it on Instagram!
Right, I've now looked at the current floor plan because it was bugging me. They actually converted the old bathroom into a bedroom (where her mum stays and now Nico's trading floor ) and split what was the second bedroom and created the bathroom and nursery.

Yes but it was only three before. The new kitchen/dining room has replaced two rooms - a dining room and the kitchen
These are from when it was last sold. The dining room has become the top end of her kitchen (where the island and her cooker is)
