Couldn’t she have got rid of the home office for the photos? It makes the room look terrible!

I'm actually really sad that they are moving, the house is lovely and she put her heart and soul into it. I think I'd feel closer to Teddy there. I know it's just a house but I am a big sap, I get emosh leaving a hotel room at the end of a holiday.

Oh wow, I’m exactly the same, I get attached too easily!

Good for them, I am sure Nico with working from home he can probably move further from London. Her family is Dorset, his family holiday home is Cornwall. Always wise to live near family with little ones. Their home is so gorgeous, always loved it.

I think his family are in Dorset too - it's where Nico and Elle met and then moved to London together. It was my first thought that's where they were moving back to.

It’s a nice house and I do love the kitchen, but it’s so much money when the two smaller rooms aren’t really that big. The estate agents photos make them look tiny.

I was thinking, not including the huge new kitchen of course and it is all beautifully done out, the whole place looks really quite small and underwhelming! Expected it to be a lot bigger really.

The house, kitchen in particular, is gorgeous no one can deny it 😲 but the two bedrooms are tiny! And there’s no window in the bathroom (random I know but would annoy me!) she said before that they wanted to put a master en-suite in the loft, and if they’d done that and we’re asking for £650k then fair enough but I think it’s overpriced for what it is. Couldn’t imagine raising two children there past the ages of about 7/8 personally.

It’s a pokey wee house isn’t it - very narrow when you look at the plans.
I can’t believe they didn’t jet wash the patio - it’s the little details.

It’s very underwhelming. The kitchen, as lovely as it is, actually looks a bit pokey. Notice how close the chairs are to the table, it looks quite cramped.

I also don’t get why they haven’t used the 3rd bedroom as a proper office and emptied all the bedroom stuff out or why the didn’t take the office stuff out for the picture. But I guess it doesn’t matter since it’s under offer anyway

Surrey is so expensive! My house is similar sized (not as nice a kitchen though) and it’s half the price - and where I live isn’t cheap! I couldn’t spend that kind of money on a small house like that!
