That's not what she said on here. £100,000+ for the kitchen alone.

I don't think she's had the loft done has she? I don't know where this has come from but I've never seen her mention it 🤷🏻‍♀️

Wouldn't surprise me though. The nursery is tiny, as they created that bedroom, and they obviously need to keep the second bedroom for when her mum stays all the time!
I've not seen what she's said on here. The planning application for the kitchen extension included converting the roof space though

The house, kitchen in particular, is gorgeous no one can deny it 😲 but the two bedrooms are tiny! And there’s no window in the bathroom (random I know but would annoy me!) she said before that they wanted to put a master en-suite in the loft, and if they’d done that and we’re asking for £650k then fair enough but I think it’s overpriced for what it is. Couldn’t imagine raising two children there past the ages of about 7/8 personally.
It was originally a two bedroom but they split a room upstairs to create a third bedroom which is why the rooms are now so small. It's in one of her blogs.

Here's the original floor plan....looking at it, I think they split the bathroom and put in a corridor to get to it.

Is it actually priced £650,000? I just can't see it at all and now I've started I can't stop til I see it 😂
Yes.

Ah found it on Zoopla! Underwhelmed by that awful patch of grass at the top of the garden...I don't know much about house pricing at all but I'd have thought it'd be a bit more luxe and less weedy and meh for £650,000....
