SOTD - Narciso Rodriguez. Rouge
This was a present from a friend - fell in love with it and its what got me into perfume. Previously i hardly wore perfume at all - maybe for special occasions only. I loved it then and still love it. I am on my 2nd bottle of this. It has been discontinued ( and now im feeling an urge to buy a 3rd bottle on ebay or vinted so i have a back up

Joined scentbox these are in my scent calendar- I’m trying to push my boundaries and try different ones. Any that are an utter no?
They look like good choices - only comment i have is that the Caroline Herrera is a lighter version of the original Good Girl . Which one did you choose to come first?

I’m a fan you get your first month half price then after that it’s £24.55 a month and you get to pick your own fragrances - I picked from the platinum collection which tends to be more niche fragrances but they do a standard and middle tier too depending on what you’re into. Just to clarify I’m in no way an influencer or affiliated with them I’m just at a stage in life where I don’t know any of the cool perfumes anymore as I always wear the same ones

I have literally only just signed up today so I’m not sure tbh but they do have a downgrade option and tbh there are lots in the middle tier that I want to try too x
That’s what I was thinking! There’s quite a lot on there I want to try from all different categories, thanks for bringing it to my attention as I don’t think I’ve heard of them before.
SOTD Kayali Eden Plush Pear. I love a pear note and this is so good!! It reminds me a bit of the pear drop sweets from when I was a kid!
I don’t know how to describe it other than powdery musk and a little sweet. I don’t get any rose from it or any vanilla ( which is a hit and miss note for me).
I’m not too keen on powdery musk, i do like vanilla and rose though! I’ll try and find a bottle somewhere. I wish we could all swap decants and samples
Perfect! I’m so glad I shared it I promise I’m not a scentbox hun or influencer I just really like perfume and I’ve lost my identity after wearing Chloe from 2016/2022 then baccarat rouge extrait from 2022-now! And all of a sudden I’m like ok but there are other brands to like.
I also really like a brand called abbey perfumery as they’re local to me and their scents are really good quality and not expensive (again not in any way affiliated I just like them and they’re really good quality)
so happy to find some like minded perfume people!Yes me too - I have quite a few half samples of perfume that I’d happily give away - I have so many that are vanilla based that didn’t work for me and that I think others in this thread may like.
Neroli Portofino smells exactly like 4711 for me if you have ever smelt that.
I’ve never smelt that one (sorry I’m in no way an expert or a connoisseur like a lot of people on here) but I’m trying to push my boundaries more as I only ever wear mayflower by abbeyperfumery in the day and baccarat rouge extrait at night 🫣 I love everyone’s opinions on here though and the introductions to new ideas! Who does 4711? I will try and have a smell next time I can. I swapped out neroli portofino for diptique eventually; as I’ve never tried theirs either
