I really feel like I need to limit my collection eventually. I tried to stop buying so much for a few months but it gets addictive no sooner am i eyeing up something else once I make a purchase

I think if I had to sell or give away some, these are what I'd be happy to be left with (excuse my shitty phone camera)

Hi everyone long time no talk. Hope Christmas was good to you all are yous expecting any perfume off your partners on valentine's day? or even as a treat to your lovely single self sure why not!

I'm on a no spend till at least April. I have a wedding then and I just know I will buy something for it any recommendations? I'm trying to be practical and have pulled out bottles that have bits left that need using over the next couple of months. Prada candy I would definitely repurchase, absolutely love it. I've got another lveb by lancome that I got gifted a year ago so I definitely need this bottle used up. Elie saab in white one of my favourites. Great staying power. Chloe absolu and lady million are OK but wouldn't run out to repurchase. Jm velvet rose and oud is fabulous and the staying power is good for jm.

Hi @HelloStereo Hope Christmas was good to you. I end up wearing angels share on Christmas day. Would definitely repurchase! That or musc ravageur would be great for the festive season. I got a 30ml of delina la rosee but would love the 75ml! What's orpheon like? I love diptyque. So worth the £££. I got beach skin body spray by phur and marc Jacobs perfect absolu as gifts over Christmas. Bs will definitely be getting used all over summer not quite use to the marc Jacobs one yet. It's quite strong

I've just noticed that Killian's Angel's Share fragrance has a better priced dupe...the Ro's Argan range of products by Lush! I couldn't believe how similar they are to each other, especially in the dry down of Angel's Share, and at a minuscule price in comparison.

Speaking of cost, I am genuinely shocked by the price of fragrance these days. I was queuing in Superdrug the other day, and a 100ml bottle of Angel now costs over a HUNDRED POUNDS.

SOTD - Armani Si Intense (the old one in the black bottle that’s discontinued now). I’ve stocked up and use it when I want to feel good as it’s my favourite.

The longevity of 4711 ain’t that great; be very similar scent.

Completely agree. I like 4711 but it lasts about an hour tops. It is so cheap though I dont mind it as a refreshing spray in the hotter months. I know a lot of people really dislike the scent though.

Joined scentbox these are in my scent calendar- I’m trying to push my boundaries and try different ones. Any that are an utter no?

I got the travel size of the neroli portofino. I really liked it but I didnt thi k it had a lot of staying power for me.
My current fave is the eau de soliel blanc.

Ive the VB portofino on today. I think, if I smelled it on my husband, it would be gorgeous as a men's scent.

SOTD - M&S Marshmallow Delight, think it’s a summer limited edition one, amazing for a cheapy, so yummy and really long lasting!!

From space nk in the free birthday gift they give you, I got the new escentric molecule perfume called champaca. I would not recommend! At first it’s great, smells like neroli, but after a short while, to me, it smells like damp clothes that have been dried on a radiator. You know when the thick cuffs on jumpers don’t dry properly
Still love their 01, though.

to kick the thread off.. I have bought a 7.5ml of molten brown - Rose Dune today ( had a sniff of this in the shower gel the other day and liked it). I only paid £15 inc postage so if I don't get on with it then I won't be too upset.

My New Year’s resolution is to not buy any more fragrances and to shop my own stash. But there’s still time before the end of 2025 and the inner turmoil I have in trying to not buy something new to try is strong

I have spent the last 4 days putting perfumes in baskets and then sitting on my hands/closing websites down. Then going back to look again..and then the cycle continues.

I wore it tonight to the symphony (look at me, so cultured) and it's been fantastic! I do need to trial a full day but it wears much nicer on than from the bottle (I'm sure there's a proper term for whatever that is) so I think it's a winner. So grateful you told me of this site. I swear, I did try googling before and didn't get anywhere promising. Positive feedback from you and @Also_smoke_and_mirrors (thank you!) sealed the deal!

Oh they are selling is again! Fab! Yea its the same one, check on fragrantica though cos it is very much a vintage sun tan oil scent if that is what you was looking for?
