How long do you leave them in the slow cooker? and Is it on low or high? Thats a genius idea as I wont go out with my oven left on.

Tuna Mayo is my favourite, then chilli and cheese but other toppings I like are; Broccoli cheese, mushrooms cooked in light philidelphia and a splash of milk, a garlic clove and a bit of paprika.
Also chicken, peanut butter, chili flakes, tomato puree and honey. It's like a satay flavour.

Philadelphia (Light- not Lightest) cheese and Heinz tomato ketchup, sometimes with a bit of lean ham. All mushed up, with a well-cooked skin!

I havent had a jacket in ages!!!! According to everyone who has tried mine, i make the nicest ones lol I just prick them all over rub with olive oil and salt and peper and cook on a med heat in foil for an hour. After an hour I turn the oven up one more notch take off the foi;l and cross the top for the final hour. The jackets come out with lovely crispy skin and a fluffy inside.
Toppings I like are chilli and cheese, beans and cheese, bolognaise sauce and my college days fave, beans and coleslaw.
