Hello, everyone, I'm Robert (Robbie). I'm new here, and have been reading back through a bunch of the posts for the past week before actually joining a couple of days ago. I have a 9 year old son with ASD and I originally thought that this "Fathering Autism" thing was going to be an amazing resource for me. I was obviously mistaken. I quickly grew disgusted with how this poor young woman is treated by her parents. I'm glad I found this little community here - you all are a lot of fun to watch I wont view their videos anymore, but I feel like I'm getting all I need to know from your comments and reactions, so I'm not really missing anything. Anyway - it's nice to be here.

He has some hell of a nerve talking about single parents. I wish my arm was long enough to reach Florida and slap him right in his fucking ugly face. This is what I posted as a comment on FB: Yes, being a single parent is hard. Especially when the father is totally out of the picture and doesn't pay even pay child support.
How he is able to sleep at night is beyond me.

I have made it as far as Ass’ word vomit in the beginning of the vlog. I am of the opinion that they absolutely knew how Abbie would react when Pig returned home.

Pig was already crying when she walked in the door. Did not have a single thing to do with Abbie…or missing anyone for that matter. She was mourning her freedom. Her freedom to eat, drink and be merry without having to pretend like she gives two shits about the IDD princess.

Sweet girl was NOT happy that the beast was home. Abbie hates the beast, and the beast hates Abbie. Abbie likes it just her and Ass, but is it really any surprise? He does most of the caregiving for her and as much as I hate the fat twat, he shows genuine affection for her and I believe he truly loves her. The beast does FUCK ALL for sweet girl unless it involves feeding her or picking out clothes. She never interacts one on one with things Abbie enjoys and is able to do. We never see the beast sit next to Abbie on the couch, listening to music or doing stuff Abbie enjoys. Instead she gets all up in Abbie's space and forces hugs and kisses on her. Then gets upset when Abbie punches her lights out and beats on those picnic hams.

The beast showed more genuine affection towards Thandy the dog and Maverick than she did to Abbie. The beast just looks at Abbie like a miserable trout with her downward turned mouth. Abbie didn't want the fucking popcorn, feeder. She wanted you to fuck off again and NEVER COME BACK.

As if the vlog wasn't bad enough, the beast flashes her huge fuck off box of MAXI PADS. Great, I really needed that awful mental image of her on the rag. She probably can't use anything other than pads because she can't see her beaver to insert a tampon because of her huge gunt.

You know it's just amazing to me that even when they TRY to make an authentic vlog, they spew bullshit left and right. First of all Pricilla is not crying because Abbie didn't give a rats ass about seeing her...it's part of it but not the REASON...the reason she is crying is because she is heartsick that her daughter is not a normal child....and it's bullshit that "autism sucks sometimes" because dealing with Abbies issues...autism sucks ALL THE TIME. What parent wouldn't want their child to be a normal child with no disabilities??? Every parent wants that. What is so hard about saying We HATE THAT ABBIE HAS THIS HORRIBLE CONDITION AND WE HATE THAT ABBIE CANNOT SPEAK AND WE HATE THAT ABBIE WILL NEVER FUNCTION NORMALLY AND WE DON'T WANT HER TO BE THIS WAY....THAT Asa is the TRUTH. Their life is heart wrenching...and that kid got a raw fukin deal...theres no way to make it pretty...IT SUCKS ALL THE TIME ASA...NOT SOMETIMES. And the only reason Abbie was going apeshit was not because of a delayed reaction of happiness from seeing P...it was because she wanted the box of candy.

Asshat talks about how there will be resistance to wearing the halloween costume for Abbie because of her sensory issues. Here's an idea, if she hates wearing costumes - don't force her to wear them! If she doesn't want to wear one, then she shouldn't have to. By making her do it, that just shows that the costume is for A&P's benefit. Mostly P's. Because THEY want to see her in it.

My opinion is they should have stopped with the costumes years ago. What’s wrong with them taking her trick or treating in the neighborhood in her regular clothes? Or at least in the black leggings and tee-shirt. She is 16, not 12 anymore. She is physically a young lady, not a little girl…even if she is mentally. Hmm this is interesting. Do beautyguides get a discount for buying product? That would make sense to get their sales up and then just turn around and sell it on eBay.

I think the vlogs are just getting boring at this point. There's only so many times you can expect people to watch you take your kid to school, bring her home, take cart/car rides, eat take out, talk about stims, talk about meltdowns,etc. I mean it all just gets stale. Even in the land of autism, our days tend to be pretty mundane. Plus, I hate to say it, but teenagers are not as cute as little kids. Not even my teen with autism wants to have a camera in his face every day.

There is SO MUCH STUFF out there to help anyone's special sensory needs. They have the $$$ and the space. Look at these awesome things! A vibro-acoustic padded bed. The speakers are embedded within and the vibrations and sounds travel throughout. She can rock safely without causing so much damage. Or just a low to the ground bed with pillows all around so she can roll and not hurt herself if she falls. Install music stimuli in the walls. Things that compress and hold her when she's doing more damaging stimming like biting. No one sees her room!! Why make it "teen perfect" for the 3 times we've ever seen it?! View attachment 841802

I would LOVE to do this to my son's room! If we had the money, you bet we would be doing stuff like this. We redid his whole room from top to bottom earlier this year. New carpet, new bed, padding on the walls, new light and smoke detector that is ALEXA compatible to play his fave music...In his room...which is where every teen wants to listen to music at. His room has his fave things in it. A fan. Drawers full of paper. Inflatable toys. Not what your typical 17 yr old wants, but who the fuck cares? It's HIS room.

She needs to stop being so butt hurt about Abbie’s reaction or lack thereof. Does she not know who her daughter is. Abbie can’t control this type of thing and shouldn't be expected to. It isn’t about you Priscilla. Stop taking it so personal. I visited my 1 yr old granddaughter yesterday after not seeing her for about 3 weeks and she kept turning her face so I couldn’t kiss her and didn’t warm up to me until I was getting ready to leave. That’s the way it goes. Crystal did handle it right with Abbie when she refused a hug. P should learn from her. Both P and A are so not accepting who Abbie is. I don’t get it.

This! After 17 years of autism, I don't expect my kid to have a typical reaction when I come home. Granted, I don't get to have many opportunities to go party for an entire weekend or week because I am not an MLM hun, but when I have gone and returned, I'm happy with just a smile of acknowledgement or even a request for a drink...lol. I just don't put those expectations on him. It's not who he is, and it's ok. I know he loves me.

I realise this is harsh but I think that the level of Abbies IDD is such that her behaviours and emotions are very basic. She never shows affection, her whole world revolves around seeking out food and eating. She has no concept of family, love, or even that Pig is her mother. Pig means nothing to her at all in my view, just an annoyance that occasionally becomes too much and that she lashes out at.

I LIKE IT - IT LOOKS LIKE SHE FREELY CAN MOVE HER HANDS SO I SEE NO PROBLEMS WITH THAT. TRUE SHE LIKES MUSIC. But at least it's not Dunkin' again. Good outfit 7.5 out of 10. I think having a costume party for school is fine, but if they drag her ass out to Trick or Treat again? Just stop.

Yeah, the videos of as of late are unwatchable. Assa has definitely scraped the bottom of the barrel. They can't seem to have a handle on Abby. I often find myself falling asleep watching.
*They claim Abby doesn't need to be in a harness in the car and yet she's back to the harness in the car.
*Abby seems to have trouble with simple tasks. Has a hard time even with baby toys. A lot of us find us really sad.
*Abby unloads the dishwasher, leg humpers go crazy. Tattle people are like wait, we've seen her do this in the old house.
*We see a unicorn, Brandy is over for "consultation", Abby seems to treat Brandy differently, and actually listens to her. Maybe because she realizes that she's serious.
*Assa and Isaiah have a combined birthday party. Not because 20 and 40 milestone birthdays, it's because Assa does not have any friends.
*Abbie famously eats paper on screen mind you in a vlog. At one point Assa turns around and sees it. How did he not grab that out of her hand?
*It appears that Assa is trying to "parent" Abby. Playing games with her, making her do chores, making her pick up stuff, working with her and the iPad for communication purposes. CUTE, BUT IT'S ONLY FOR CONTENT. Where was that energy for the whole 16 years?
*And lastly, he gets a lot of flack on the site about him taking her to the bathroom or changing her or bathing her. But I look at it this way, he's not a pervert and he's definitely not looking at her in a weird way. My cousin's kid has cerebral palsy and she can't move at all. Would you think twice, if you saw her getting picked up by my cousin's husband? Doubt it. But I do agree with the majority who say that Cillappopotamus should take her when she's there.
