I haven't posted until now as having suffered with my mental health for many years and knowing what it's like to feel so low that you don't want to go on makes me really not want to comment on others when they speak about their issues. I also feel MH is still kind of a taboo subject and anyone raising awareness etc should be commended BUT in saying all of that what I have seen from Grace's stories has rightly pissed me off. The "me time", the "time to myself", "time to chill" etc etc.... is just too much!! When I was at my lowest, I would stay in bed for days and days (which I may add was pre kids) there is absolutely no way you could have paid me to leave my room, get dressed, face people, go for lunch and have a laugh.
The truth is the girl is unable to deal with real life, the reality of running a household, taking care of two kids. Putting 2 kids which she brought into the world before her own needs. I get we all become overwhelmed from time to time and to be a happy Mum you do need time to yourself so you can come back to your kids and give 110% all over again but honestly she takes the biscuit with the amount of free time she seems to have!!! It's astounding. I honestly feel she loves the attention it brings when she pulls out the anxiety card. And the pushing of Zen wellness or whatever she's called is v suss.
