Does the management company actually exist or did she invent it so getting dropped by AR didn’t look so bad? The Instagram page for her management company is shocking. No posts, no idea who or what they are, don’t know what their services are, only follow Grace. I’d go as far as to say their insta page is even more unprofessional than Graces, and that’s saying a lot.

I always say no matter how skinny or beautiful looking someone is or not, it's always their attitude and manners that shine through. Grace could be the next top model but I still wouldn't make up for how she goes on.

Anxiety and depression are absolutely awful but you have to try and help yourself. If she has time for two naps she has time to get out and get moving, clear her head and get those endorphins going. Lighting a candle will only get you so far.

Not defending her but that was a stupid question, if that person had of watched the video then they would of gotten the info they asked for, not only does grace say it but its also written on each box. Sorry but its a real bug bear of mine, people who can't be arsed to look themselves. I'd say most women in Ireland have been in a slimming club tbh and theres no shame in it peoples weight fluctuates between hormones having kids binge drinking eating ect theres no hiding this stuff from any child but you do your best as a mam to feed them properly and walk the legs off them

I wouldn’t agree that most women have been in a slimming club. Might seem like it in small circles though.
Getting kids involved in sport is the best thing you can do for them. Either team sport or individual sport. Shows them that activity is normal, fun and not something you do just to burn off a pizza.
A child who sees their parents regularly go out for a run or a cycle with no fanfare will grow up assuming that’s normal day-to-day behaviour.

I’m from quite close to Grace. I can confirm that myself, my family and most people I know from growing up know how to pronounce words properly, including those with ‘t’ in them
