A person that has a public Instagram account can limit the group of people that can comment their posts to people you are following, people who follow you, or both people who u follow and people who follow u.

I was just looking there, I don’t follow her but I’d always have a look most days but I can’t comment on any of her posts!! She doing herself no favours if you look she only gets about 20 plus comments unless it’s a giveaway or Her body truth posts
She is a hoarder I think - did she grow up poor? Sometimes that can cause people to hold onto everything they get.
