I had a PT pre COVID and I continued with her via zoom for the whole of 2020 and up until now, which has been great as it’s kept me accountable. She’s now offering a monthly programming option with regular check ins, which I am doing as I have some equipment at home and access to a gym at work and it means I can be more flexible with when I do the workouts.
I like the programming to be done for me as I find that the biggest hurdle - I procrastinate so much over what to do!
Currently doing 2 x Strength workouts for 1 hour each and then a circuits session / HIIT type session and a 5k run.
