What did them in, I wonder? I'm not a business person but I thought the mugs and hoodies both sold out, so it had initial success. The coffee was hyped as the next thing and suddenly the whole thing is over. I'm confused!
Maybe she’s relaunching it as something else? Or she’s just decided she doesn’t want to do it or she doesn’t have time with her current work schedule? Or maybe something’s kicked off in the background!
She seemed to have been putting a lot of work into developing the coffee over quite a long period, so I think there must be a reason if the whole project is now dropped.
Might it be some sort of conflict of interest with her legal job?
This is so interesting! I really wonder what happened... she probably won’t address it as she didn’t address what happened to the coffee launch which was supposed to happen in June or July? So right before she stepped down
I always thought the clear coffee cups were the kind of plastic that get really scratched up quickly and then look bad. The hoodies looked good, but again are only really those gildan type hoodies that anyone can add a logo to. I wonder what happened to the coffee.
I know, I found it amusing that she made out like it had been such hard work launching that merch but it's just off the shelf stuff, she's not invented some revolutionary new material or anything.
It did make me wonder about her idea of what constitutes hard work if getting your logo printed on a hoodie counts as a major achievement taking several months of effort.
Yeah I have that style of cup from B&M and they do get battered quite easily so I'd never spend a huge amount on them.
That's something I don't get either, Influencers boast that they've spent "so much time" on their secret projects but I'm pretty sure I could go onto redbubble right now and put a logo on a hoodie in less than five minutes.

It’s honestly kinda irritating. I got really excited and then turns out they’re just overpriced items. I personally got a cup like that at Starbucks for £10... plus I’d say it’s more durable. She obviously wanted to create a community of people who really liked coffee but it just flopped as those people were her friends and not very interesting people either. It could have honestly been really cool but it wasn’t. Someone said liking coffee isn’t a personality trait and she’s taking her coffee addicting too far if you see what I mean
Katherine is a friend from Bristol who did a different degree, maybe Philosophy? Doesn't mean you're wrong but there's a long standing connection there.

Yeah, I don't know really. Personally, despite knowing I was gay since about 13 or so and having a pretty supportive environment, I still was hesitant to "make a fuss of myself" (in my eyes) by coming out until I felt it was necessary - when I was dating a girl at 22. Maybe that's just my own internalised homophobia/being a private person about these things though, don't mean to project onto her lol
I know exactly what you’re talking about - I’m myself bisexual! But for some reason I really think it would have come up at least once in a video. Which leads me to believe she’s straight
