I can't even get my head around this as a concept: arrested for expressing your opinion on a website about an 'influencer' who is a compulsive liar with a dangerous and misleading product. What sort of world does she think we live in? The police have been so underfunded for years now, as have courts in many European countries. They can't even arrest the perpetrators of crimes like assault or revenge porn without substantial evidence (even then such cases fall through and the victim is blamed), let alone come to the rescue of Irritating Irum.
