Ugh why do I do this to myself? I love a yard clean/yard tour video and Megan Elphicks recent one keeps popping up. I’ve ignored it until now as she sneaks products into her videos without declaring them and talks down to her viewers.

I figured a yard clear out wouldn’t contain any ads. She hasn’t declared any in the title etc but yet again she’s getting products for free and doing a little ad for it. She was given a washing machine that she’s plugging the life out of. She didn’t know where to put the washing liquid (there is a slot that says liquid) and didn’t know how much to put in. She puts in the tiniest amount and low and behold the numnahs are still dirty. . Cue Megan desperately trying to say they are amazing and what a difference after spending over an hour in the machine.

Her mother is such an enabler at the best of times and obviously does her washing for her still as she doesn’t know what she doing.

sorry just had to rant.

I did think when she put all those numnahs in the wash that it was too many for a short cycle but yes I agree not a very good advertisement for the actual washing machine when she didn’t know how or how much Iiquid to put in the thing.


I must admit with Meg that I did become a bit worried during vlogmas when her content became a bit childish and lots of screeching with her and Hannah around the horses. But overall I do really like her and most of the content she puts out.

I also can't believe Day By Day Vlogs hasn't been at all mentioned on this thread either.
They're not influencers per say but they're family vloggers who vlog their kids and their hoard of horses. Repeatedly making mistakes with buying/leasing and jumping 3 times a week. Giving one child much better horses and opportunities than the other etc

Wait wait wait so that’s why Ben and Emma’s marriage ended?? With what Ben posts online and the way him and Emma seemed around one another I’m SHOCKED to read that which is so upsetting?? Makes me think a lot because he does seem to come across so lovely? I know there can be gossip about people etc but I’d imagine no one would really make up that he’s been abusive towards his wife, so if true that’s horrible. She seems like a lovely woman and nobody deserves that. Abusive and unfaithful, that’s disgraceful. If he did get with a girl at hickstead that’s bloody awful because there’s no way in hell he could think he wouldn’t be caught out??

I find it interesting how she was besties with Ellie McCarthy and then decided to move and was very secretive about why. I mean rightfully so keeping the drama off of socials but still interesting none the less. I'm enjoying watching her and Ringo learn to jump more.

I saw the video of raythegoth on Tiktok. Horrified at how many saying she had a lovely seat etc and saying how well she was riding.
Also came across another, lavender blue training or something like that? Makes for unpleasant viewing also.

I’m definitely not a fan of Day By Day and have been known to hate watch them because they’re just such novice horse owners. The younger child was/is too big for Finn (don’t know if they still have him. Wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t) and they were very forceful when he was napping and stuff when they first got him. They’re also pretty rubbish at telling when their horse is lame. The older girl is a better rider but I think she and the mum think she’s better than she is. She seems to only have pretty placid horses

I know miss crazie Maisie personally and can assure you that you are just seeing snippets of maisie and that Laila has done a fabulous job with her. Who knows what would have happened to her if she had ended up in other hands. Maisie is now turned away at a stud until she has her foal and is happy and healthy.

Is laila no longer active on social media for Maisie Then? Why did she put her in foal? When she didn’t have time for the thoroughbred ?

I think it’s just a courtesy she is letting Charlotte compete him at Olympia maybe it was one of the terms of the sale. Confusing for pumpkin tho poor thing prob doesn’t know what’s going on. Yeah made no sense she had sold him to the rich brat for god knows how much and then competes him lol but yes you’re right , probably something in the contract.

Erin 100% would eat herself lol! She is on equestrian management with Henry and was sniffing around him like flies around poo . Could see on the videos old Caroline getting really possessive . Would have Loved to of seen what happened behind the scenes lol ! Not sure if Erin is still with captain America , haven’t seen her mention him for a while

I also like Jess. I’ve seen her out and about at local venues and she seems genuine. Her stories make me laugh. Most of all she’s trying with her riding which is nice to see and clearly cares about Sid and Jim.
