What the duck is she doing with those hip thrusts? They are so fast and so shallow that she’s not actually getting any work in. She’s got no range of motion as she’s almost laying on the floor, she should against a flat bench or an angled box. I’m short, probably same height and I use the angled box higher end so I’ve got enough range up and down.

At the very least, there should be restricted hours during which these losers can film (very late at night preferably) and the gym should charge them a fee for essentially using the space as a studio.
