I actually have earlobes like this in real life. Never had a facelift but get what you’re saying.
Maybe it's because I am not a mother myself, but am I the only one who thinks that while she should not ideally have slept with Ross, Charity still did a good thing in giving Sarah a baby? The one thing that she has wanted all her life? If anyone should be pissed off, it should, quite rightly, be Mack. Yet again, she has put him at the bottom of the heap for priorities. 
A lot of people said that the story is far fetched with regards to the surrogacy but I think it was a beautiful thing that Charity did, (in the first place, before it all went skywards). I thought she was particularly selfless in wanting to support Sarah.
Like I said, maybe it is because I am not a mom, I don't know.

What Sarah wants Sarah gets. Charity at her age put her life and marriage on the line to try and give her the child she wanted. Yes she messed it up, its what she does. She covered up the killing of Todd for her and still Sarah is thinking of herself. Yes she has every right to be angry but to do what she did is unforgivable. She has bonded with the child, she needs to be honest with Jacob, move away and start a new life just the three of them. Shame Jacob gets caught up in it all but it gets rid of Sarah's sour face, spoilt cat.
I was sooooooo wanting Mack to tell Jaycub the truth last night and put spoiled little Sarah in her place and show her for what she really is.
Patsy Kensit really is such a crap actress, I am not sure it is because she cannot move her face so much due to all the filler or if she is really crap. I have had enough of her on my screen and want her gone lol
