What i find the most difficult is that she’s marketing “anti inflammatory” diet as the reason she’s lost this much weight. So she’s selling her coaching with that marketing hook when that really won’t be the reason for most of this weight loss!!
I wonder how she doesn’t have any loose skin
She was advertising her plans whilst looking like the ‘before’ saying how amazing it is. I wonder what unflattering photos she’d use of her body now to use in a years time for her ‘transformation’. I remember her showing off her body in the Maldives then suddenly there were ‘awful’ before photos from then and they were completely different to the ones she posted. Anyone that buys her plans are as stupid as her

Who is she trying to fool by saying she is eating more now than she was before, when she constantly reminds us all we need to be in a calorie deficit to lose large?

I think a bit part of the problem is that she is so consumed by weight loss that it becomes an obsession - her entire career revolves around it after all. It’s like she is so hyper focused on her body that it has become her whole identity. What hobbies does she have outside of activities that burn calories? What friends does she have other than the girls she works with? It’s very sad
Her friendship group varies depending on who she can convince to not eat and just workout all the time. Imagine going out for dinner with her, you’d feel embarrassed to order anything slightly unhealthy. Plus she gets ‘crazy drunk’ on one drink so you’d be going out for an evening meal of Coke Zero and a salad. Boring. I wish Jasmine would spill all the tea
honestly she has an eating disorder. She posted with her friend the other day in a bikini (shock) her friend was absolutely loving her food and enjoying it (as she should be) Emma took 1 tiny bite and put her fork down. She looks terrible and thin. I certainly wouldn’t use her services.
If you’d been sexually assaulted, grape etc like she claims to have been surely you just would not go in here..?
