The thing is, she constantly bangs on about not wanting a man and 'no boys allowed' yet everything she does screams she is desperate for a man. You can tell she's one of those 'pick me girls' - flashing her nips and butt at any given opportunity, walking around in next to nothing and wearing a full face of make up to bed. It's fine to want a man, just own it! BTW, I know she says she dresses up for herself etc but the fact she has to plaster it all over social media shows she is doing it for attention/validation. You're a fitness account, why do we have to see your nips???

How does she know she had elevated cortisol? I expect she’s just jumping on this as it seems popular at the moment. Her side by side photos show a reduction in body fat, aka weight loss, aka she ate less/starved herself for a period of time and is claiming she knows how to reduce cortisol and inflammation. It’s a bit ironic her giving this advice when she appears to be someone that still spends lot of time ‘chronically stressed’ don’t you think?

Here she goes again. Sorry but this i cant with this girl, she complains about being ‘molested’ and attracting unwanted attention but then dresses like this because ‘it looks cute’? Give it a rest Emma. It’s so completely obvious that she is desperate for male attention all the time.

I can’t deal with “influencers” who film themselves crying!! It’s the definition of absolute narcissism! I don’t know about anyone else but when I cry I can’t remember a single time, mid-emotional breakdown when I’ve paused to set up my phone and tripod, put the selfie ring on, hit record to continue my meltdown. It’s so fake it’s unreal. I didn’t even read the caption it was that cringe to see.
Also don’t get me started on her bragging about multiple holidays she has had and still has coming up and putting a question box up asking where everyone else is travelling to this month…I’m convinced her goal genuinely is to make people feel shit about themselves isn’t it!? constant posts about Paris (obviously most of the photos including her arse) and then saying today she’s been MIA because her mh is bad. Do one now Emma

Emma just jumps on trends that’s why I’d never spend money on a coach like her. When weight lifting was popular she was all over it, now she’s switched to low impact cortisol lowering workouts because that’s ‘trendy’ atm. Just shows she’s not truly passionate about anything as you wouldn’t switch it up so much if you were.

What i find the most difficult is that she’s marketing “anti inflammatory” diet as the reason she’s lost this much weight. So she’s selling her coaching with that marketing hook when that really won’t be the reason for most of this weight loss!!

Not saying this is okay to do whatsoever, but Emma is definitely the kind of person to where a skirt/dress that barely covers her bum or underwear if she’s wearing any, then repeatedly posh that a man was looking at her or made a comment

I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s true. I had to laugh when her version of covering up is a tiny little vest top yet she’s still walking about with her flaps hanging out. I cringe every time I see her in these ridiculous outfits.
