I agree with this! And I find it so funny how every time she's on a downer, crying on the stories, etc. she always caveats by saying 'I just don't want to be fake online and pretend I'm happy, I want to be real with you guys' ... I'm like girl you never stop crying or showing the bad or the drama. Hence why I needed to unfollow. It's fab not seeing her on my feed or stories anymore..I feel like she has bipolar or something.
It’s exhausting keeping up, one day she’s happy, the next she’s crying, the next she’s dancing manically with her cat, the next she’s sexually assaulted, the next she’s wearing nothing in the street, the next day it’s yoga.
It is very sad, but after having followed her for 3 years, I can see how broken she is.

100% jumping on the healthy hormones bandwagon. You need blood tests etc to spot high levels of cortisol, you can’t just say your levels are high because you’re stressed you don’t have a boyfriend and aren’t as skinny as you’d hope.How does she know she had elevated cortisol? I expect she’s just jumping on this as it seems popular at the moment. Her side by side photos show a reduction in body fat, aka weight loss, aka she ate less/starved herself for a period of time and is claiming she knows how to reduce cortisol and inflammation. It’s a bit ironic her giving this advice when she appears to be someone that still spends lot of time ‘chronically stressed’ don’t you think?

What she really needs to post for these comparison shots is of her arse, and show one that is posed and all about angles, which she posts every time, and the usual perspective which most people say when she isn’t doing her best to show it off and make it look enhanced.
