Hi everyone, I had no idea who this girl was but I saw her doing her ‘vlog’ in & Other Stories on Saturday. She had a videographer with her and had picked up loads of clothes, talked about them and then left them in a messy pile for the staff to clear up. Also Emma posts a LOT about her diet and exercise routine calling herself "disciplined" and saying she's on a keto diet..really damaging messaging especially knowing she had an eating disorder in the past. I honestly still think she has an eating disorder that falls under orthorexia as she's really obsessed with working out, "moving a lot", food purity, body image & has a warped/ dysmorphic idea of how she thinks she should look. I honestly feel bad for her and think the " sexy, empowered boss babe" image is a total facade to mask how insecure she is in herself.

I'm agree with you. Unfortunately she has not yet solve her issue with food. Intermittent fasting or even worse a chetogenic diet are not dietary pattern sustainable and healthy in the long period, in fact I did not appreciate her last video.

I really think she has a super unhealthy relationship with her body and using exercise and food to control her weight and image. I just can't believe she let it get so bad she had to have surgery though as slowing down and letting your body heal could have prevented it getting to surgery point.
