I wonder this too. She is a real estate lawyer which definitely is a lucrative job and seems to have had a pretty successful modelling career..but I wonder if she's with anyone or what the story is personally..

Same here would love to know whats up
she mentioned she is marrying her boyfriend of 6 years
Why would she hide her long time boyfriend from instagram ?
She does seem however to be working hard as opposed to the rest of the group.
She certainly is living off her work and maybe her boyfriend To afford the lifestyle

Just looked at her insta stories - she looks NOTHING like her modelling pics in that video where she’s talking to the camera

So her project is renovating a house she just bought ( in London !) and going back to studies...
so no mention as to how she is paying for the house + renovations and the new degree since she is jobless ( except for a few YT videos/ Insta reels here and there )

We are seeing the top of the iceberg here....

she's so likeable when she makes a normal video
I looked up her media company's revenue. It's only around 120k per year. So yeah, someone else is footing the bills. :ROFLMAO:

Also, a lot of escorts nowadays are obsessed with renovating. Is it some tax incentive I don't know about? It's confusing. Maybe a quick way to wash the illegal funds.

It is not that difficult to *get* into the Harvard course. It's a money grab, if anything.

"We admit candidates to specific sessions on a rolling, space-available basis, and encourage you to apply as early as possible. Although most programs have no formal educational requirements, admission is a selective process based on your professional achievement and organizational responsibilities. The $18,250 program fee covers tuition, books, case materials, accommodations, and most meals."

yeah it's one of those courses where as long as you're willing to pay for it you can do it, it's not like an MBA or anything hahaha

never thought about the renovating thing but you're probably right. buy a crap property, renovate it with all your cash or whatever, then sell at a profit.

im guessing she plans on giving up soon? shes just frozen her eggs (smart!) so im guessing she'll be on the hunt for a rich husband whilst in the states

Wait it’s a course for a week?? For £18k surely not..!

I haven’t watched the vid so don’t know if she’s claiming it’s a degree but just flagging the below…

I don't know why she mentioned living in a dorm when it's only a week. I knew a Russian SWer that took those type of courses at Harvard. She had her client write a letter of recommendation to get in since he was a wealthy businessman.

i think they deliberately make it a week so those coming internationally can just stay on a 90 day visa and then go home, im guessing they provide some sort of accommodation since the programme is so short.

She technically does have a business, so as long as she was able to prove it (which can easily do with companies house etc) they would have no reason not to admit her if she was willing to pay the fees. It does seem an odd choice, but i'm guessing she deems it worth it for ~networking~ reasons. It's kind of stupid though, for the cost of that course she could do 2 years of a degree in the UK. But I guess it's harder to pay your way in over here.

I imagine she is more focused on planning the inevitable Instagram photo at Harvard than the actual studies. :ROFLMAO:

Absolutely..
I remember this interview with Maria sharapova
She went to Harvard for a 2 week program that costs abut 20K or 25K USD...she mentionned she was the youngest participant .
most of her classmates were middle aged men that were successful CEOs from all.over the world
She even said that despite her being a world known athlete she felt intimidated hhh
So that gives you an idea of the kind of classmates Emma will have ...

yeah it's just a vanity project type thing and she'll be hoping to meet a rich guy there. if you were actually going back to study at 34 or whatever for that much money you'd probably do something else if it was for genuine reasons
