This! Who’s gonna tell her you can still have a social life without writing yourself off regularly? I worry for their baby if this is her attitude. If she feels so far from the party life right now wait until she’s got a baby who needs to be fed, changed, attended to, and isn’t a pet you can just palm off. I know girls like her and they all have serious mental health issues they cover up with alcohol and it’s really bad. We stopped associating with them entirely, we’d always be putting their kids to bed at their “parties”. it was cooked and so sad. My partner & i don’t drink becaus we have kids and it’s not bloody worth the hangover lol. Kids don’t ask to be born! she’s in for a rude awakening

I didn't drink non alcoholic options while pregnant because I personally didn't see the point of consuming the extra sugar or caffeine, or the side effects of needing to wee more and feeling bloated from the carbonated drinks.
Had I of attended a special event like a wedding or dinner, only then can I see the benefit of having a non-alc wine to join in during a toast.

There are so many carbonated drink options, juices, mocktails etc... I really don't know what market there is for these beverages. I thought the same thing when Olivia Molly Rogers was sober and was pushing all of the non alcoholic options too.

Either way it looks completely unnecessary and tacky holding onto these drinks with a baby bump in the situations she is holding them in.

I agree that at this point it must be to stir up this exact conversation and gain engagement or she is wanting the brand's to work with her.
Or she might be so used to holding a drink in her hand that she's socially awkward without it and doesn't know how to pose without it.

she is taking 2 weeks maternity? WOW this chick is so out of touch with what becoming a mum is really like… I don’t even remember the first 4 weeks of my post partum journey it was so hard, tiring and overwhelming it’s just a blur, your hardly functioning (my bubs 9months now)..think she’s in for a bit of a shock .. makes me sad really she has NO idea.
