Agreed. And I know it’s not nice to comment on a child’s weight (so please forgive me 🙃) but her daughter is clearly very overweight for her age.

This one really loves herself and I fail to see why 🙈

The constant story selfies and half naked mirror pics are horrendous.

I’d say she’s a good 5 stone overweight, so why she wants photos of herself in her underwear all over her Instagram I do not know.

She seems to have one day per week at most ‘on plan’ hence why she’s only lost 10lbs in the couple of years she’s been doing this 😆
So You can’t love yourself if you are overweight?

No I don’t think so.

She started off as a weight loss account. If she was so happy why would she be trying to lose weight in the first place?

All these big accounts that are switching from weight loss to staying large and now being ‘body confident’ is a load of rit!

I agree with the fact that if she is constantly trying to lose weight then she can't love herself as much as she says she does.

However I do not agree that you can't love yourself and be overweight.

In 4 years!
She’s one of the worse yo-yo dieters on insta...she literally lost a couple stones a couple years ago did really well....then gained I think all of it back within half a year and has tried loosing it for well over a year now...Just gains back whatever few lbs she losses over and over 🤷🏼‍♀️
it’s frustrating to see with a lot of these weight loss Instagram accounts....but she seems like she’s a lovely girl - used to do a lot of stories that I enjoyed seeing, but since putting on weight she doesn’t show herself much....

I agree. I really like Emily. She seems like such a nice person. Anytime anyone comments, she's always really nice.
I think she has a lot of deep down issues which she turns to food to deal with. I hope she can sort it eventually because she's a lovely girl

Don’t get me wrong. Emily’s cooking looks amazing and she seems like a nice person (definitely puts on a fake “bubbly” front) but is there nothing more to her life than food? She seems obsessed and it’s not healthy,

I do follow Emily and although she does seem to have food issues and always losing/gaining the same weight she does seem down to earth and a good mum
But on the subject of cookie company, can anyone start these companies from their kitchen? No food safety/hygiene certificates needed? I don’t know why but it makes me feel uneasy about ordering stuff some randomer has made in their own kitchen, like the Sarah’s creative kitchen chocolates and all the brownie companies I see all over insta 😬

I did think about that, surely you would need food hygiene certificates In order to sell them x

I believe you need a food hygiene certificate. My friend had a very small cake business from her kitchen and she had to have one to be legal to sell.
I would imagine Emily has one but hasn't posted it maybe

I had to come on here just to say have been following her for ages and can't remember why I started. I thought her profile was just like a takeaway/foodie account and had no idea that it was meant to be a weight loss account. God bless her she has no idea.
