Ah I like Emily, I know she's been losing the same stone for a year but she seems a genuinely nice person with no bullshit unlike a lot of the other big accounts. No ads either!

Agreed. And I know it’s not nice to comment on a child’s weight (so please forgive me 🙃) but her daughter is clearly very overweight for her age.

This one really loves herself and I fail to see why 🙈

The constant story selfies and half naked mirror pics are horrendous.

I’d say she’s a good 5 stone overweight, so why she wants photos of herself in her underwear all over her Instagram I do not know.

She seems to have one day per week at most ‘on plan’ hence why she’s only lost 10lbs in the couple of years she’s been doing this 😆
So You can’t love yourself if you are overweight?

I really like Emily. She's such a lovely down to earth person. I think she has a lot if issues with food and I am completely the same as her in that respect. I don't follow her as a food account though, I follow her as I would others I know rather than for SW ect so her food doesnt really bother me.
I think she has her own issues that she's trying to deal with

No I don’t think so.

She started off as a weight loss account. If she was so happy why would she be trying to lose weight in the first place?

All these big accounts that are switching from weight loss to staying fat and now being ‘body confident’ is a load of shite!
I agree with the fact that if she is constantly trying to lose weight then she can't love herself as much as she says she does.

However I do not agree that you can't love yourself and be overweight.

I do follow Emily and although she does seem to have food issues and always losing/gaining the same weight she does seem down to earth and a good mum
But on the subject of cookie company, can anyone start these companies from their kitchen? No food safety/hygiene certificates needed? I don’t know why but it makes me feel uneasy about ordering stuff some randomer has made in their own kitchen, like the Sarah’s creative kitchen chocolates and all the brownie companies I see all over insta 😬

I unfollowed her as I couldn't be arsed to see her half naked again saying how much she loves her body yet the other half of her photos are of her desperately trying to loose weight. If it's an issue to loose weight then be honest. Don't post underwear photos to say you love your body yet the only reason you're that weight is because you haven't managed to loose any.

It gets me how she manages to swindle so much time off of work? Like all the major holidays. School holidays, Christmas etc and not just a few days, it's always a few weeks. How much annual leave does she have? I know her mum works there so prob has something to do with it but I'm sure she's not the only one that has a child who works at tesco! And yes, the constant junk food, the takeaways, then the half naked pics loving herself whilst trying to get her arse to a group. Body positivity only works if you truly believe it and not just putting on a show for likes!

And she has a beautiful daughter but you can see her mother's eating is reflected in her too and at such a young age. You'd think she'd at least try to encourage healthy eating for her as well as herself.

Is she fucking serious?! 😂😂😂😂😂
I saw that last night and almost shared it, then thought I’d be jumped on for “mum shaming” 😂 but yeah, wtf? She talks about how she’s “jealous of 8 year olds because they get to eat this”
“get to”

no no. You’re GIVING that crap to your own child. What a horrible beige combo.

I didn’t see her on here but she’s just infuriating. All about the “look how perfect and happy I am in my own skin” yet constantly dieting. And every other photo is her eating a lot of crap and then later getting all “Emosh” and declaring how she needs to get back on the horse! But yeah... still in love with her body just the way it is 🤦‍♀️

I had to come on here just to say have been following her for ages and can't remember why I started. I thought her profile was just like a takeaway/foodie account and had no idea that it was meant to be a weight loss account. God bless her she has no idea.

To be honest for ages I thought she must be unemployed! That’s the thing about the body positivity posts, I’m not buying it. All the underwear shots all look the exact same.
We all pig out on a teakeaway now and then, but she does it constantly and then next day is weighing and pointing everything, before ordering takeaway for dinner...again. What’s the point.
That’s an unhealthy relationship with food. I followed ages ago whilst I was on slimming world, but slowly realised there was literally no inspiration there... only temptation to eat crap!
