Why does she pull this stupid face
That rant she did yesterday was the final straw for me. As someone who has struggled with my weight all my life to see someone who has never had a weight problem moan about their body its insulting. As a larger person, to see someone who is a, what size 10? Complain about their body what hope is there for a size 20 person. It’s infuriating that people like Em jump on the BoPo train to be relevant but they have no idea. I bet she’s never struggled to find nice clothes or always been overlooked by men for being too big. I get that it’s all relative and it’s about how you feel about your body but duck off woman, you rant for the sake of it
And she’s lost a load of weight lately, and is clearly desperate to show it off, so this latest rant is more tone deaf than ever.
Alex is promoting her book. IMHO if other people losing weight via GLP1s means your confidence in your body positivity is shaken or destroyed then it shows that it never existed.

I don't think she is, but I do think she is doing extreme exercise to drop the 'baby weight' ASAP.

Alex’s book was released today and loads of the instagram old faithfuls sharing details of the release and radio silence from Em? Strange anyway for your bestie, but especially so as it seems the subject matter is something discussed together with supposed bestie on the pod for many years?
Either that or maybe a little green eyed monster if latest post about feeling stuck in career rut is to be taken seriously…

Her dad has said openly that he is and I’ve noticed other family members are looking suddenly skinny… not sure if she is though

Ended up buying a Florence Given book in a charity shop because I liked the colour scheme of the cover (I know - I’m shallow 🫣) and headed over to her Insta out of curiosity but MY GOD it is so obvious this is who Em is trying to EM-ulate and become … she’s even copied the hand movements and the ring she wears on her index finger

I gave that a hard swerve! There are some bits of 'Women Don't Owe You Pretty' that I liked but overall she's an insufferable twit in my humble opinion.

Yes but it was made public only now. I don’t really see her discuss women’s health that much other than HG and pregnancy related things but nothing in terms of health in general or how regular screening is needed for everyone.
