She’s just said she’s off universal credits and is now self employed. this year because she’s ‘earning’ below 10k she doesn’t have to pay tax but next year she will
I’m sorry but that legit angers me! No wonder she doesn’t want to work because the amount she’s making on TikTok!! I wish TikTok would just vanish and then she’d have too face the real world to see how everyone else manages to live instead of depending on people too send her gifts to pay her way! (This includes all influencers not just Elphie) Relying on TikTok is so silly because it’s never going to be consistent and it’s just not a reliable source of income either… I mean at the end of the day it’s her choice but she’s just not living in the real world imo.
the problem is, it’s not guaranteed money and the tiktok craze will die out. I can’t imagine she will be sensible with her money, and invest/save it, so she could end up with none left and no work experience.
God she’s completely deluded. She took over Chelsea Led Art’s live last night singing for hours - atrociously
. Now she’s just done the same with a guy called Kevin Healey. He’s going to put a good word in for her with Simon Cowell - apparently he knows all the celebrities

I do actually think that with proper singing lessons and proper technique she has the makings of a good singer.
The problem is the one song she’s learned to master is notoriously hard and puts a lot of strain even on a professionals voice - plenty of Elphaba’s have said their voice was never the same after playing her.
Stupidly, our Elphaba boasts about singing Defying Gravity 10 times in a row without water which is just a criminal thing to do to your voice! She doesn’t have correct breathing technique and diaphragm control which causes her voice to break in places damaging it further. She doesn’t really switch from head to chest voice particularly well and all these things would be taught in proper singing lessons!
When I used to have singing lessons at school I was taught to always be concentrating on my diaphragm, where the tension was, how to do sneaky little vowel swaps to improve vocal quality. A good musical example is the song “Phantom of the opera” the line “the phaaaantom of the opera is there, inside my mind” - the “Phaaantom” you change the vowel sound from an “aaaaa” to more of a “uuuur” so you sing “the phuuuurn tom of the opera is there” and the quality of voice is much stronger and less light and often an audience won’t notice the difference. It’s little things like that that save your voice and mean you can sing much higher notes with more strength without your voice cracking.
I will get off my soap box now, but the singing pains me because she’s clearly got a good range and ability but abuses her voice, has no technique and refuses to learn. While singing exactly the same vocally straining voice so many times in a row!

This this this!! Also a singer and her technique is awful. I was watching her tummy when she was singing the other day and there’s no diaphragm control what so ever!!
Her mum tells her she’s wonderful. She gives her shivers and makes her cry every time she sings. Me too but not for the same reasons.

Elphie bought her mum dinner, got her nails done for her and about too pay for a taxi home for her, and her mum goes “So bleeping what” how ungrateful…
I can’t stand the greed. She was begging people for “bigger gifts if possible” so she could hit number 12 on the weekly ranking. As soon as she hit 12 she’s telling people how many gifts she needs to hit number 11.

Do what exactly? You’ve treated yourself to a meal out, nails and shopping whilst other people graft and struggle to get by? Get some perspective. Although in my opinion, anyone who gifts her is just as stupid

Couldn’t agree more, We can see where she gets the attitude from! Supposedly her mum didn’t accept her coming out as trans to begin with, then she saw how much money she was getting from gifts and now she’s back in her life and everything is great!!
Elphies mum is on a mad one! She keeps saying too the camera (whispering) “she’s so controlling!!”
