Yeah I thought that was a bit odd too. I guess they all fill a void for each other. Fisher gets to play dad/ father figure, Chloe gets to dote on a baby she doesn’t have and ellidy gets what feels a bit like co parents.

Ok I have gone back and re-skimmed the ep and I can’t actually find a breastfeeding part - but she absolutely does ask whether the baby can catch cancer in utero. Don’t know how I mixed that up!

I cringed for a second time when Ellidy monologues about all the conversations Kelly must be having, teaching her daughter about cancer on a day-to-day basis Kelly is like, uh no, she’s 2.

That's what I was just thinking - do you think she sold the house as she felt guilty as that was her and Chumps place, full of his gear and memories. I'm sure Chloe also alluded to "meeting someone special" in the podcast recently. It's got to be one of Fishers crew, how else will she hang off them otherwise

She would be so much more comfy in little loose sun dresses and professionally shoe fitted summer sandals, Disneyland looked exhausting for her. It worries me that toddlers don’t have their feet measured professionally and fashion footwear seems to be more of a priority. In the Uk it’s a standard thing that as soon as they are on their feet they are taken and measured length and width for shoes to aid early their walking skills. Ellidy will regret this later on, I wonder if she is just totally naive to how important it actually is?

It’s normal to have toddlers’ feet measured here in Australia as well. Honestly, Ellidy comes off as a bit thick and treats that child like a fashion accessory or an adult friend a lot of the time.

I was a really big fan of Chumpy & Ellidy, but it just seems to get worse & worse. No shade to her for grieving in her own way, but surely staying home & spending time with Minnie is healing?
A nice family holiday, with her Mum, somewhere calm wouldn’t go astray.
I always worry about Minnie being left with strangers, she could be stolen

Oh come on. She’s pregnant, she’s not unwell or sick.
My friend kept her pregnancy hidden for a while by drinking non alcoholic drinks. The same could have easily been done with Chloe.
I think all she did was be smart about not letting on she was pregnant - she still went around supporting her husband which I can’t see is wrong? If I were in her shoes and had gone through what she did, being home alone without my husband would be so stressful and scary. I’d much rather be with my husband.

Same. Every podcast she was adamant that she wasn’t drinking and being super healthy and taking it really easy while she was doing so much in the way of fertility treatments. And then posts 55 stories out and drinking. No judgment but get your stories straight.

Does she really need to be travelling and running around for yet another Fisher show? If I were her I’d be cocooning myself for the entire pregnancy.

I don't know much about Ellidy beyond the sperm retrieval (which I find to be really fucked up).I find its odd that I've heard it spoken about on podcasts as being a lovely gesture, rather than it being inappropriate and creepy (IMO).

Hopefully she's able to raise Minnie to be her own person, not to be the mirror or heavenforbid reincarnation of dead dad.

I respectfully disagree here, they were trying for a baby for a while and were in the process of starting IVF so babies were defo on the cards when he passed away, they had all of his families consent too. I probably would have a different opinion if they hadn’t been ttc/talked about children

I understand why some people disagree, just for me it doesn't sit right. I'm curious as to what starting IVF process means, as this can be as simple as making your first appointment, getting fertility tests done, is this considered starting? You sign consent forms asking what happens to any embryos created in the case of one of your (or both) death. I still wouldn't feel comfortable with this, but at least there's already embryos created. The idea of extracting sperm from a dead man who can't consent doesn't sit right with me, even if they were apparently trying for a baby when he was alive. I'm shocked it's even legal.

I agree with you- this whole thing made me uncomfortable.
From memory, Ellidy said that they were going to explore the IVF path when Chumpy passed away- they certainly hadn't started it, otherwise there would be no need to retrieve the sperm.
The fact that only one doctor agreed to retrieve the sperm shows how murky the procedure was.

Chloe is very dull , Ellidy as much as I find her irritating is far more interesting.

Fingers crossed the baby gets most of Paul’s personality since chloe barely has one.
Also I wonder if they've found out the gender.. I can’t imagine chloe not finding out especially with her need to control and plan everything.

She has lost her self awareness! Multiple, half naked carefully angled pics, on the DAILY. Yet so was so intent on being mindful of ladies that are in the position she was, struggling with infertility. The hypocrisy stinks! Baffles me why she’s so intent on looking far further on than she actually is. You knew it was gonna be like this when she said she “couldn’t reach to shave her legs” at about 3 months. . Chloe always makes remarks about the food Minnie eats, I think she will be a very different parent and won’t show her kid as much if at all. Of course her and fisher are happy to use Minnie but for her own kid she will be different.

Completely agree with you. There is no way fishers will be exploiting their child the way they have Minnie. That baby will not be going to shows, taken on motorbikes or having their face printed on shirts etc. I’m predicting a major fall out in the next couple of years, once Chloe starts making snide comments about Ellidy’s parenting style (or lack thereof). Poor Ellidy probably doesn’t realise her private jet days are over
