I'm a NICU nurse and they leave the cord long like that if they're worried about the baby and there's a chance they'll need to go to NICU. It's so they can easily put umbilical lines inDont know if this has been discussed before but does anyone know why they left baby cord so long in the birth vlog? Is that how they cut it in the uk? looks so long and heavy for baby. You can see it when conor picks him up after hes been weighed.
Also do youtubers choose what ads they have on their videos? Just noticed on most of Elles vids theres 2 ads that you can never skip at the beginning and halfway through
I hate this picture. Like each to their own but I’d never kiss my child like this. So many germs can be spread and he’s so little which means his immune system isn’t too great.View attachment 711191
Everytime Elle posts this picture Saint’s little eyes make me think he needs rescuing from Elle’s mahoosive lips. All I see…

I know we dont know the ins and outs of her daily life but I feel like shes not as close to Katie as she was previouslyI watched a few of her videos (with Katie) from 2018/19 and I'm kinda loving it Elle is like a different person her old videos give me 2015 zoella comforting vibes
How the fuck has she morphed into this ball of digestive biscuit, lip filler and beige
It’s the wedding of millennia, don’t you know.I wonder if the Wedding's been bought forward in preparation to crack on with manifesting St McVitie the 2nd. Why else send out invites a whole year before a wedding!?!
Yeah iv heard a few horror stories of people kissing newborns and the baby picks up infection that then kills them as there little immune system hasn’t built up or somethingI hate this picture. Like each to their own but I’d never kiss my child like this. So many germs can be spread and he’s so little which means his immune system isn’t too great.

You don’t even have to pay for a breastfeeding course there are free ones available via Zoom which would give you enough knowledge to be prepared for things like cluster feeding and engorgement. Using an electric pump is one of the worst things you can do if your boobs are engorged, and giving formula instead of feeding won’t help either. I’m not anti formula at all but a bit of research would have taught her that feed feed feed is the best thing to do in the early days if you want to establish breastfeeding. (Sorry for the mumsnet vibesI wish some of these influencers would pay for some education for themselves before they try and educate their followers. All that money and cba to pay for a lactation consultant or do a breastfeeding class. Cluster feeding is normal, it’s baby’s natural way of upping your supply, no one ever said it was easy. And the mastitis, that’s why they tell you not to pump before 6 weeks?? She’s trying to make out she’s such a martyr but the reality is if she’d had educated herself before giving birth instead of sitting about all day thinking everything is going to be magical then maybe she’d have realised breastfeeding is no walk in the park and that’s why so many people just go straight to formula.
So yeah why not just say it’s hard and I didn’t want to do it rather than blame it on the cluster feeding which is normal and just something you have to work through?
Saying this as I breastfed both my children for 1.5 years so I do have experience
Oh my god I came here just to say this, so dangerous!!! All for an Instagram pic omgDon't let people kiss your newborn
