Thought it when I saw these pics. Huge difference. Don’t want to say much too much on it though - no one is meant to look glam during giving birth so she can’t can’t win (she’d get as much stick for that reason too)

It’s about 10k in London for a private C section so it’s not that much, probably cheaper in Scotland too

I don't think that there are any private maternity hospitals or wards in Scotland as far as I know. I think London may be the only place in the UK where you can have private maternity care, except if you were having a home birth. To be honest a lot can go wrong during childbirth so I would probably not really want to go private unless it was somewhere where they were doing a lot of work and keeping their skills up to date, and I just don't think there is enough demand in Scotland.

But surely when you order flowers whether online, in person at the florist or over the phone - they write the note as you say it/write it/request? I’d be very surprised if someone mixed the order of names up.

They have a family business in the care home industry (not sure how many care homes) and I believe his parents retired from that so him and any other siblings would be running it
Also, I might be wrong but I'm sure I read somewhere that his mum & dad are farmers, they own a huge farm and work in supply chain selling their products

No I meant she doesn’t normally do OOTD posts very much and when she does it seems to only be for the sake of an ad, so it seemed a bit odd to throw one up mention where they’re from then say it’s old.
it wouldn’t be odd if she did OOTD posts often, for the reason you mentioned. But with her content as it is it seemed bizarre
