Go for it! If you're not 100% sure you could always book a consultation or a piercer's choice appointment, only think I could think of is you'll probably have to downsize the conch to avoid one piercing being stuck to the other
What type of earrings are they? The piercer should be able to help you get it out regardless

I think I will I should probably allow mrke time for my current new ones (May/July) to heal first. I'll probably get the lobe done but wait for the daith. I got the last ones too close together but didn't want to wait
They are flatbacks I think screw on from the front is the one stuck. I'll have to buy new ones as I lost the two matching ones
