He’s going to need revisions to that surgery every few years…I get a wowshit moment every time I see that wonkyconk. He’s aged himself by about 20 years and what for? Oh yeah, vast sums of money…

It’s never a one-off surgery is it, cosmetic face stuff. Celebs who get it done always end up going back for more, as they age. Look at Simon Cowell, for example. He should have quit while he was ahead after the first one, but no, he looks like his face is melting.

If anything, I think the work he’s had done on his fizzog has made him look weirdly proportioned with a giant mouth and the lowered hairline just looks like he’s wearing a wig all the time.

I got pissed off at his latest insta reel. Feminisation surgery is plastic surgery. Surprisingly for Dylan a lot of people get plastic surgery for dysmorphia and that's no less valid. If someone feels their nose is too big and this causes them distress, they got bullied etc. That's just as valid as your big nose making you feel like a man. It's no more life saving than a boob job

The ribs are giving Lily Allen at her most unwell. Which I’m sure Dylan would be thrilled about.

Toby Marlow there in all his get up as well. He wrote Six the Musical - which is good. Insisting he is non binary to claim a ‘historic first’ at the Tony’s is not. Not when we have historic firsts like first Asian woman nominated for a best actress Oscar Michelle Yeoh in 2023.
