Love Safa's and Zeina's friendship!! they're just the cutest and the loyalty they have for each other aswell Zeina is strong and classy, she handed that coffee scene better than I could have LOL ...which I don't think its fake by the looks of it. The way it shook up Zeina after it, she looked disappointed and distant in the next few episodes after it

Danya gave me bad vibes from the beginning, very snobby and thinks shes God's gift, she proved it when she inserted herself into Ebraheem's drama like excuse me miss??? that had nothing to do with you. Clearly just bored and bitter because her husband is out partying with random women

I also disliked Brianna which might be controversial but she got too big for her boots and sounded very spoilt/entitled when it came to business and money, which is Kris's money. Kris also needs to be removed from the show as they both equally as a couple add nothing to the show except long plaited ponytails and constant bickering

Does anyone know if there's confirmation of a season 2?

Agreed didn’t like Kris and Brianna at all. Nothing interesting about them.

Ebraheem just seems to hate women, particularly successful women, and thinks he’s got to put them all in their place and have control over them. It’s pretty awful to watch - I don’t remember it being this bad in the previous series!

Am so pleased that there's a thread for this because I have just finished watching it. Ebraheem is absolutely bitchy and awful (and definitely gay). Why doesn't he leave the UAE and move to a country where he can be open and honest about who he is? He'll end up marrying some poor young woman because that is what mummy dearest expects, and he'll make her miserable because he won't love her and he'll be having sex with men on the sly. The men are generally arrogant, but that's what I expected from that part of the world - it's a very male dominated society. Danya is horrible. Chris Fade was a tosser. I quite liked Brianna. To start off with, didn't like Loujain, but she kind of grew on me. I also hate to admit that Safa kind of grew on me as well - I kind of think to some degree that the communication stuff with her husband was playing up to the cameras, or not being sure how to act around the cameras. Once she settled into to it a bit, she became less unlikeable?

I’ve just finished the series and I have to say I really enjoyed it Once I got used the subtitles I was in awe of how they all fluidly switch between English and Arabic.
Zeina is my favourite but Safa also grew on me. LJ warmed on me too. I initially liked Danya and thought she looked like a dark haired Sam Faiers. However her outfits in the confessionals were another level of hilarious, a mix between the queen and a Smurf at one point and I hated her by the end of the series.
Right, back to real life now!

She's beautiful isn't she. My friend knows her and said she is Amazonian and extremely nice too.

BTW..that coffee scene was real. Not planned or acted out.

If I'm lucky I might die of boredom first, listening to Mona drone on mindlessly as she sits on the fence about everything to get more airtime for her brand.

So I’ve just watched a little more.

Why is Danyaa fighting with Zeina? It’s like watching a teenager fight.

Bliss seems so embarrassed over the whole scenario, poor guy has to literally father his wife. When he went to see Zeina it reminded me of times parents have to go visit the principal coz their kid was fighting in school .
He should ground her, take away her pocket money/ allowance and ban her from using the car

it was pretty funny seeing her and Farhana drive around in that flash car singing ‘I need Karak in the morning, evening etc’

Ebraheem pretending he was going to buy the company Zeina was working at is such an arrogant thing to. I’ve been in a club (in Europe) before where this spoilt brat of a rich, arab kid was flexing his ego, started shouting at the wait staff that he was gonna call his dad to transfer him the funds to buy the club.
