I'm from New Jersey. Here the party guys are 19-23. University/college age plus maybe 2 years. After that, any man you'd seriously consider as a husband is well-trenched in his career and looking/planning towards a future. Not to say all men do that, but any one that will amount to anything in life is starting to grow up by 24+. If Paddy's friends are a bunch of 27 year old 'frat' boys, I certainly feel for Aisling. At this stage of life, she needs an actual man, not a boy.

I think Irish people tend to do a lot of the big life milestones a lot later than in other countries. Most people I know are well into their thirties by the time they have children or get married. There’s a culture of living or working abroad for a year or two in your twenties so people are rarely “settled” at that stage. And it wouldn’t be odd to be going out with someone for 5+ years before there’s talk of getting married.
which makes it really strange that Paddy and Aisling were planning to have a child next year It’s not the sort of thing you’d expect people their age to commit to

I watched her newest video & I agree. She seems really happy & has a real nice relaxed demeanor about her. You can tell she is so in awe of him. The story is lovely to hear for those of us who haven't had a baby yet. It's so nice to hear a positive birth story. His little head melted my heart

I like how's she like its so grand and you do you kind of thing. She's not like oh you must do it this way and blah blah blah. Think she spoke really well on it and explained it all well, I don't have a child but it defo would put me at ease hearing that story

I'd say before the end of this year there'll be an announcement of baby #2 on it's way, just so she can keep hold of him.
I feel like there still won't be a ring this year but maybe he'll surprise us

I had thought, that she was working with the RCS on something to do with the Obesity in Ireland? Ya know cos she is a nutritionist?
Invoices could be for her department ordering paper for the printer, the way she goes on ya know she would spin anything to make it sound good

rcs = royal college of surgeons? while she may be a qualified nutritionist she has not (at least to my knowledge) done any nurtirional work in years. at least not since she finished up in whelehans and that was in 2016 i think. she focused solely on youtube since then until going back to work last year.

and honestly without sound horrible, given how she is struggling with her ed at the minute, i dont think it would be at all suitable for her to be working on obesity or giving help to others. i think she would end up projecting her own issues onto others or projects without even realising it. she needs to address her own issues first and foremost before giving advice to others in my opinion.

tbh with her job and what bits she drip feeds, i take it with a pinch of salt. this thread has proven she is lying about all sorts and her job (in my opinion) is no different. you cannot trust anything she says unless there's proof its true. its sad but true unfortunately.

I think Aisling is really struggling with her body changing with pregnancy, like how did she expect an extra small coat to still zip up in her third trimester? She seemed genuinely shocked and upset about her clothes not fitting. I think she was deluding herself into thinking she would only have a really tiny bump and be back in her extra extra small clothes immediately after the birth. Going on about 5K jogs and how mini weetabix is unhealthy is a bit extreme, it seems like her eating disorder is really bad at the moment. I hope Paddy and her family are supporting her, if it's so obvious to viewers that she's struggling imagine how much worse she must be off camera.

yeah she is and its getting worse and worse. i dread to think how she's going to be after the baby if she has any kind of a bump at all that doesn't go away as quick as she thinks it will or expects it to. i hope she is getting support too, but going by how bad it is on-camera she may well need to see a professional who can help her. frankly i dont know if she has ever had enough or any professional help because the constant pointing out her size, what size she buys, how little she eats and whatnot leads me to think that she has never really fully addressed the issue(s)/root cause and they are starting to spiral downhill now.

i hope im wrong. i hope she is okay. but its very concerning seeing how she is now. clearly her mental health isn't great and i hope she gets the support she needs, both from her family, friends and her doctor.

There was a guy after Jimmy before paddy, very camera any don't think we ever saw him she did loads of vids of them doing up his apartment and it was so small then they just break up better off as friends!

Sidenote, I saw on another forum about loads commenting that she eats terrible for a qualified nutritionist

I can’t believe she gave up a career (or what could have been a career) in nutrition to sit on YouTube doing these “hey what’s up everybody/it’s the bomb dot com” style reviews on 2 euro makeup by penney’s and essence.

I always believe she “went back to work” to impress Paddy tbh, but I could be wrong on that.

I wouldnt be surprised tbh. i remember another influencer (who was/is a teacher) saying she loved her job but her dream was to be an influencer and send "bloggy emails" (or something to that effect anyway) and she is on a career break down whilst working as an influencer so i mean its not surprising but its sad that even with a good education, job, career, being an influencer seems to be the "it job" nowadays. i think a lot of them see the recognition, 'fame', swipe ups, income that comes with it and want that, but at the sacrifice of their privacy (and their kids privacy in some cases).

no shade on anyone who does, each to their own, it wouldnt be for me personally, but i appreciate there are those who do love it.

yeah i think that too, but then ,she wasnt getting sponsorships (hasnt had any in a few years i think) and her youtube income didnt/doesnt seem to be a whole lot so realistically she needed another source of income and something that was stable and pensionable for when she retires when she's older. i mean, youtube wont give her a pension and doesn't seem to be a staple/reliable income so she had to do something. especially if she wants a mortgage and now having to pay for a baby.

i remember her saying in her announcement video that she left her previous job because she was in a high tax bracket, but then years ago said it was affecting her mental health? which was it? i dont believe it about the tax bracket (she worked part time alongside youtube) so i dont see how she could be in the higher tax bracket.

she said how youtube earned her good money, but then after her and jimmy broke up she said she was finished her elizabeth arden eye cream but couldnt afford €100 (or however much it was) to replace it so got another (more affordable) one instead. now if youtube was earning her such good money (as she said) wouldnt she be able to afford €110 for an eye cream? i mean if i was earning as much as she was making herself out to earn i could, even with a house and all the household expenses, and she had none of those as she was living at home.

i think this new job was to impress paddy but also to have extra money to keep up with and afford a social life, holidays, weekends away etc. what she earns from youtube (without sponsorships) was not going to pay for those.

Just noticed she has a thread here. It's so funny people thought she lives in Dublin. I haven't followed her for a few years but it was always clear to me that she lived somewhere in the Midlands I am surprised she has a boyfriend from Dublin , wonder how they met. Also didn't realise she was pregnant but sad to hear about her ED. But yeah she did always have some odd views about nutrition/ food which is odd cos she's meant to be a trained nutrionist. She seems like a grand person but just found her content very repeatitive. Also I'm not even interested in makeup.

Well, tbf, he had complete control over that. His comment on her video that he "didn't know how that happened!" was immature. If he truly was against having a child, he could have taken steps to ensure that didn't happen. I guess it does go to his overall immaturity that he doesn't take accountability. But just because he doesn't, everyone shouldn't let him off the hook and put the entirety of the "blame" on the woman. He's just lucky Aisling didn't freak out. I can't imagine any woman concerned/anxious about her size purposely getting pregnant, in the middle of a pandemic yet!! It didn't appear she was in any danger of losing her relationship before the pregnancy, so I don't see the motive. (If this had happened during the tail end of her relationship with Jimmy, I might see some motivation.) But it's a far stretch for me to see that here.

she’s made out it was accidental, got annoyed when people asked was it accidental, admitted she wanted to get pregnant soon prior to that on a tweet (a tweet that disappeared after a few hours)
and has gone through more men and failed relationships in two years than she’s had hot dinners. Doubt she wanted to have another under her belt, he made it very clear on the Q&A he wasn’t all that into her, marriage into her...i really believe that and she knew it.
but were all just having a conversation. Nobody knows but ash herself

I think they were together coming up to a year when she got pregnant to keep trap him accidentally got pregnant.

What lad of his age has unprotected sex anyway, he really believed she won’t take the pill because of hormones but she know her cycle well enough not to get pregnant and he didn’t find it weird she was taking all these vitamins for her “headaches” around the same time she decided she wanted a baby Maybe he is just a lad in his mid 20’s who decided he wanted a kid as well If so they deserve the mess they’re walking into.

In her latest video, at the start when she has no make up on, in between her eyebrows is very yellow! Like her face is pale white, body is fake tanned & then just between her eyebrows is yellow. What's going on there?

It looks as though she had pre done her eyebrows prior to the video so whats around them is foundation or concealer

Also I don’t think anyone is making her upload / edit stuff. This is a hobby for her not a job. if she’s not got the time for it then why bother at all? Particularly if all she can do is vlogs where nothing interesting happens.

i dont know what video that is. she has gone to dundrum a number of times even when she was with jimmy. she doesnt and has never lived there or even near there.

maybe she is ashamed of where she is from. i dont know. its strange. google her name and you can find out where she is from, its no big secret.

she used to shop between athlone and dublin all the time back in 2018 after her she posted life update in (when she was back from her travels) where she said her ex (jimmy but she didnt name him explicitly) was dragging (or had dragged) her name through the mud. so shopping away from mullingar wouldnt be unusual for her, but it is strange that she is pretending to be living elsehwere when its well known locally that she lives here. i mean she is seen in town,she shops in town, gets subway here etc so its not as if it is a secret or anything.

she’s privated so many videos at this point, I wish she hadn’t I do like her a lot more than I do Melanie that’s for sure!!

when she broke up with jimmy and moved back home she used to say her parents were in Dublin, I just accepted it as true, and thought she wasn’t in the pharmacy so she didn’t need to be there anymore.

I can’t believe people paid her actual money for nutritional advice.
She has very limited (and sometimes completely incorrect) knowledge

there is a pearse street in mullingar. locals call it the main st, but its technically pearse st. sorry i should have said this in my earlier post. i didnt think.

her nail lady works upstairs too, though she not working now obviously.

as for why she lies about living mullingar. that's anyones guess. she is a known liar so its not surprsing really.
