So I have just watched a YouTube that says the police have investigated Fia for holding Julia against her will and modern slavery….this P accusation looks like Fia trying to justify her own behaviour. Now a revenge porn instagram account has popped up with all of Julia’s videos. Videos that were on Julia’s phone that Fia confiscated ‘for her own good’. She also got Lasting Power of Attorney granted over Julia when she entered the states. Imagine granting that to Fia. She literally thinks she owns her now and to tell her otherwise will create narcissistic rage…..just like we are currently seeing. LPA means you can decide when the person is incapacitated. Julia has capacity.

I've been following Julia's and Fia's journey from the start just out of pure curiosity. I had a feeling it was going to end badly but I didnt know it would be THIS bad.
Putting aside Julia and her issues, Fia is absolutely disgusting and beyond unprofessional. What I find most disturbing out of all of this that IF the child stuff is true, why didnt Fia report it there and then? why did she wait until Julia switched up on her? she was using that as a leverage which I find incredibly scary!
Fia's facts were not accurate either so I cant help but feel like she made some of it up but thats just my two pence. From the texts, seems like Julia just wanted her medical documents and ancestry log in results but Fia was dancing around it and hiding it from her, so she got angry and lashed out and then Fia brought up those disturbing pictures and basically told her that she has the power over her to silence her. If this was true, why didnt she show any proof to Julia's boyfriend when he asked... just seems so fishy!

Well she shouldn’t have showed him any pictures, especially if there was cp included.
In overall I agree she seems super scammy. It’s not like Fia had a free hand whether to report that or not, in such a case you’re obliged to immediately report it. If it’s true she’s outed herself trying to play it „I’m gonna show it to the police IF you don’t do xyz”. Also her claiming she was on Julia for months trying to break a human trafficking ring lol sure. Idk now I start to feel a bit bad for Julia cause she’s just an extremely dumb person with mental health issues, though in the other hand she’s disgusting too.
I find it also surprising that media are not super picking up the pedalo accusattions - I guess Fia doesn’t seem super trustworthy.

Fia has removed all her stories and replaced them with positivity quotes. She has also removed any comments from her instagram. I think the vast majority have the measure of this woman. Libeling a woman as a paedophile is not only abhorrent but also triggering if Julia has actually been a survivor of sexual abuse - hell, it’s triggering to everyone watching on!

I know and people took screenshots. Problem is Julia has no job, no money and no support network anymore so not sure how she will sue a wealthy psychopath.
I'm glad this thread has been made. I searched Fia on here and it took me to the Maddie thread. So I posted there about the pedalo accusations... Ive been following the Julia and Fia saga and never trusted Fia. Now I'm seeing lots of Instagram comments everywhere about Fia. She is not liked at all!

Anyone can issue someone with power of attorney over them should they become incapacitated. That’s when it comes into effect and will require a medical physician, in partnership with other professionals, to come to a collective decision that the person has no capacity for decision making and this can be retracted if the person regains capacity. Capacity is always assumed regardless of how insane we deem a person to be. The question falls as to how much the lawyer explained at time of signing, probably this isn’t even worth the paper it’s written on…if it exists at all ofcourse.
It seems that Fia didn’t really understand the concept at all when she rushed to tell everyone on social media. She thought it made her now ‘legally responsible’ for her and forever. The woman is an uneducated, deluded twit.
