Someone has just posted this on the Kay Slater thread:

Is down the rapids real name Paul Arnott? A lady in a village near me is missing, a Paul Arnott has been posting social media appeals and has a link to a media platform called downtherapids.

He's posting missing people appeals on FB and Instagram where he has very little engagement.

All he’s done is copy the exact text from the Hinckley town centre Facebook page and posted it to his own page. Why not just share their post? He makes out he’s written it and is involved and it infuriates me.

When someone in my local area goes missing, the police post on Facebook with details and a photo. But as soon as that person is found, the post and photo are removed and replaced with a stock police image and very brief update so as to respect the missing person’s privacy. Paw never bothers to update his posts and leaves countless pictures and details of vulnerable members of society on his social media platforms. It’s disgusting. They didn’t give their permission for him to share it all and I’m sure if it were me I wouldn’t want my photo and details of a time I was in crisis to be forever etched on Paul Arnott’a social media pages.

All for clicks and likes.

In the past 6 days alone he has posted about Jay Slater 14 times! He is sharing the petition (that still only has just over 5k signatures, half the minimum required) but is also going on a huge attention seeking campaign by claiming he was trolled and it caused him to lose weight?! So what’s the reason for his current weight being so low? The narcissism is off the scale - he has added screenshots of online news articles about himself!

His speech irritates the life out of me. He doesn’t pronounce th correctly. It’s always “f”. “Fank you”. The repetitive nonsense. He sometimes - but not all the time - pronounces his t sounds with a “d”. “Kiddies”. He doesn’t pronounce his l’s either. “Bewdifuw”. And why does he add a y to everything he says? No becomes “noy”. Vote becomes “vuyte”.

That video is embarrassing. It’s pathetic, he is literally begging. That’s what he does when he’s barely got any viewers. Well, he always sits around the 10 viewers mark these days, but when he’s only got 2 or 3 he nicks off and ends the live. How on earth does he manage to make a living on TikTok?!

Still waiting for episode 2 of his “Missing People DAILY” updates on YouTube (“yyyeeew tyyyyyuuube”). That he started on 1 November 💀

I am so glad you've spotted this too! I have heard him say 'beauty' instantly followed by 'bewdie.'

Wtf is that all about?! He's 'correcting' himself the wrong way round? Does he think it sounds cool, or something?

He was just down to 2 viewers so he ended the live for a restart (but no restart so far). Also, he said he hadn't been awake long. 6pm. He's ducked.
