Thought I’d start a generic Diversity chat being as the separate chats merge with everyone talking about different members

Diversity were formed in 2007 and won BGT in 2009.

Does anyone think it’s very strange how Geo was basically not in the picture at all for the months they were on tour - I know she didn’t go but no TikTok’s or posts with Starr or Jess even when they returned home or were on rest days in Essex. As soon as Najah left, she’s best friends with both of them again. So did her and Najah not get on or??

The Kendrick thing will only be temporary - desperately trying to stay relevant and feeding off the Super Bowl hype!
We’ve had strong suspicions for a long time that he’s in a relationship with a woman he’s been in panto with and, more recently, suspected that she’s pregnant. Could all be rubbish of course, but time will tell!

I must admit I see some of what starr wears and cringe sometimes. It looks so painful the way her chest is crammed in and im sure sometimes you can see the outside of her areola.
She gives off mean girl energy, I know it was talked about a couple of tours ago when Shante seemed to be excluded and starr and geo didnt seem to have anything to do with each other.
It coincided with the arrival of jess.
I think diversity has run its course. How do people like warren, sam, afford houses for their families. Do they have other jobs? How does that work with tour? Id love to have the inside scoop.

As I’ve said previously I worked on many of their tours in catering. I think most of the dancers were not paid a great deal and I think that’s why the other brothers who were in the original group left after an argument over money. It’s the Ashley ( and maybe Perri ) show and everyone else is a worker. The mother is in charge together with Ashley and Francesca was in the management team before the split.
Perri’s, sam and Mitch’s, and Theo’s mum were all chaperones on the tours ( due to the kids ages ) but were also required to be in charge of wardrobe.
I see both Ashley and Francesca using their kids to make money online now.

I think it will be done on a touring type business. Like concerts in different places but dance workshops instead of shows. Also will obviously be producing it themselves instead of having a production company to organise the logistics

Nathan wasn’t tho, maybe because he’s not that familiar with her because he wasn’t on the tour with her.

How scruffy does Nay look? And of course her designer bag is on show. And it was her 25th why so much fuss?

It was Perri, Starr, Elvie (younger half sister), Perri’s mam and step dad and Jess, and then Perri’s grandmother. Jess lives with Perri so she’d be there.

So sad she’s given up her career of traveling around the world performing to be a brief extra in a UK tour.

Starr was in it because Perri is her brother and their mum was one of the chaperones on tour ( mum was also in wardrobe with the other mums - had to earn their keep! ) so it figured she would get into the group. I’ve toured a few times with the group

My daughter has just shown me Nathan’s leaving announcement and I ran straight here. And Georgia is going to Australia. That’s a spanner in the works for their studio, they are the best teachers there. Adored by the students.

I am also convinced Ashley + Fran are an item again as I have said previously. Could the rekindling of the marriage be the root of the breakdown of Diversity? I wonder if something occurred behind closed doors within the group that would make this a problem. Could it be Ashley was involved with one of the girls or somebody close to one of the group? Or Fran fell out with someone in the group during separation. There must be a reason the members are dropping like flies.

My daughter pointed out Ashley, Jordan + Perri have avoided comments regarding their podcast returning. I believe if it was coming back, it would of by now. Does that point to a rift between Perri and one of the brothers?

I hope not. Someone said that he and Fran were still living together I can't imagine her being fine with that!! Jordan does not follow her on insta but everyone else does... surely his bestfriend and brother would be following his girlfriend?? All very weird.

I really rate Geo, she’s a great dancer, seems focused and will do great things. I hope she sees her worth, and Shan too

Been away because of appendicitis but I think it is so strange that they allow Star to be at the center of so much drama and bitchness and she even gets rewarded by being part of the diversity studio stuff. They obviously read here it is just crazy that none of them care or maybe i care to much becasue if people were gossiping saying i need to be a better person i would listen? or maybe they are a bunch of narcissists like Ashley who knows!

So are the kids never gonna see Cass and Mimi again because of this fall out?
Will Fran and Naomi speak again?
What’s Ashley playing at and what’s his fancy piece?
Why the hell has Shante been excluded from the group?
Is this Diversity’s last tour?

This was on the naomi thread....I do wonder whats going it all seems so odd. Ashley is exceptionally quiet on socials, even the likes of perri is.

I had noticed how friendly they were again. Lots on social media, assumed it was to protect the precious diversity image but I guess it shows that Starr is just the type of person we all know she is.

Yeah, because when you think about it the other members are just pushed to the side even since the beginning when they won BGT, the only members that were popular were Ashley and Perri.

Perri especially before he hit adulthood because of his looks - having the glasses, the big Afro, and the exceptionally small height for his age. Even nearly 20 years later, people still hold onto that image of Perri.

Although there was a little bit, I never saw any sort of hype for Mitch despite the fact that he was the same age as Perri when they won diversity and equally as small and cute.

Thoughts on Shante posting a clip which featured a close up of georgia sitting alone and what looked like maybe Starr and some other girls standing in the distance together.
Seemed quite telling particularly as she didn't tag Georgia in the clip
Maybe there has been a fall out and Georgia is now on the sidelines as well?

very strange story indeed - knowing Diversity members would see it. Laura has liked Shante’s birthday photos and I think it says it all that the fall out is around her siding with Laura.

I don’t think Georgie and Starr are close anymore, I think their relationship is for social media only. I’ve not seen them together at all since end of tour or I could be wrong?

however Georgie did post a group photo with Shante and a few of the guys a few days ago on stories and Shante shared that.
