I’ve already said it in Perri’s thread but wonder what happened between them and Shante. I wonder why she’s in the group - I wouldn’t be happy with no friends and being excluded from the circle and always lack of sponsorships etc

Noticed she doesn't have Diversity in her bio so has she officially left now?

Yes, she left summer last year to be honest. She was part of rehearsals and the PR photos for it so the plan was for her to be on tour but she blew up in terms of the PR deals she was getting.

I think she does her own individual dance classes occasionally and it wouldn't make sense for her to be part of Diversity anymore from a profitability perspective.

Weird she never put up a tribute post to say she left.

I don't think there will be another tour but then again they can easily get other members to “replace” those who leave.

Jordan has Diversity in his bio but to be honest I think he's also pretty much left the group. I don't see him doing another tour with his boxing/other work and he doesn’t do the dance classes.

She needs to take him to the cleaners. I think the group is so over they kept it going too long. Some of them will have dancing careers I.e Nathan , Warren and Georgia because at least they are talented and humble. Perri has got too big for his boots.

If I was her I would take the clothes off his back as well as everything else. He is keeping her sweet so she doesn't ruin him. I can't lie I have been thinking about this all day as I am not quite healed from my situation with my ex (currently getting therapy). I jsut want Fran out of this before she wastes anymore time. Their is a whole world waiting for her

You won't believe this but I was wrong and my luck. My neighbour had a barbecue yesterday and we all ended up watching BGT together inside as it was freezing and there was a little boy on dancing saying how Diversity are his idols and I said I don't think diversiy are that good and started on the usual Ashley hate. All the women were saying how fit Ashley is and one of them made a comment about being his next wife. Out of nowhere a girl said he already has one and her name is Kirsty and everyone just laughed and said lucky her. Later on that evening i was chatting to her and couldnt bring myself to bring it up. All I know is this girl is in her middle twenties and lives in Northampton 10 mins or so from me. Don't want to say her name here because I know they read here and don't want to get her in any drama. I searched who Ashleys following and there is only one Kirsty the one from the panto.


Her instagram is open and there is a photo on her profile with Starr at the diversity new year party in 2023. Maybe that caused an argument becasue she was there with Fran whilst she was still wearing her wedding ring. I would be furious. That my husband invited woman he was seeing or interested in to a new year party I was at with my kids. And i am very sure that the rest of them must have known about it the glances the smiles all whilst our fran most probably was hopeful for them getting back together. Them all posing with her for photos looking all cosy and friendly, where is the loyalty?

Yeah i know they were separated but still imagine how fran must have felt. All of them getting close to her replacement who is literally a younger replica of her. Shame on you Ashley!

nay and Jordan were there and nay kept referring to Jess as family. Also noted that warren and Sam’s children were there but obviously Jordan’s weren’t. It didn’t look like any of Jess’s family were there either.

She seems to be taking part in classes and her deals seem to have stepped up a bit recently.


Oh I thought Geo was still in Southend because she is recording all her vlogs in the flat and in the surrounding area. Plus her and Nathan were running xmas classes together. I get why sam isn't in panto having a new baby.
But I would have thought people would also pay to see known faces in panto too.

Agreed, faces are on the posters who aren’t even there, happened with the last tour they did too. I noticed the flyer for panto next year only has Ashley, Perri and Jordan on it. Wonder if it’s because they are not planning on having the rest of the group with them. Or going to take students to cut costs.

Something really does feel very off with diversity. It seems this tour has had lots of bad luck.

But also, I know some of us love Nathan. He’s been very quiet on stories in recent weeks, has been posting a lot of old dance videos and now the diversity studio have posted about classes and tagged him. I don’t know but I feel like if there is some issues or something that Nathan is trying to remind them how good things were/can be. I might be way off the mark just an observation and the vibe I get.

I think something has definitely happened behind the scenes but not sure what.
Shante posted a pic of her suitcase in a car, I wonder if she's not even on the tour bus anymore.

Jess, Starr and Najah are in Paris together. Definitely the mean girls collective and confirms for me that something has definitely changed with Geo. They really do give off bitchy vibes.
And what the hell is this outfit?!

They’re outfits are shocking. I don’t know, Geo wished Starr a happy birthday in quite a meaningful story and Starr responded. I don’t think there’s any bad blood - simply they’ve grown apart. 7 months without socializing together on a tour that seems to have changed them has had an effect. It will be interesting to see how things are between all the girls going forward as it looks like Najah is trying to stay in the UK.

I’m 110% certain Shante and Starr have completely fallen out, and that it’s been almost a year without any contact besides interacting on stage. No birthday message for her nor did Shante like her tour post that Starr tagged her and all of Diversity in.

Pity it can’t be shared here, I don’t follow her. They’ll have no choice but to address it now. I wasn’t sure if they were still together given how busy he always is and the fact their relationship hasn’t been leaked but that confirms it.

Have they got something in place to prevent pics of them being leaked to the media? They’ve been together over 2 years then, same time as Perri and Jess. Surprised nothing had been leaked of them together.

Yeah like they’ve fallen out - no doubt about it. Shante never said anything for Starr’s birthday and didn’t like the end of tour post that she made (which she tagged Shante as she tagged all members..).

It seems Najah, Jess and Starr are inseparable.

Seems like a fall out over Laura given what’s been said above but why would Shante care? She wouldn’t of been close with her (from what we can see).

They’re saying nationwide but it won’t be at all. They’ll maybe go as far north as Manchester. So the communiting back and forward isn’t too bad. I’d imagine they’ll have 2 members at each venue on a rotation around the cities. Great opportunity for kids, but from a business perspective it’ll cost them a fortune in renting out studios long term. When we rent studios at work for dance rehearsals it’s on average £50 an hour for 1 room. Multiple classes, per day, per venue is going to be expensive.

I have seen on the naomi thread that people think dannielle is reading here and tells her to pull posts or get in line. If that's the case why isn't she reading this thread and telling the girls to include shante, or doing something about that.
I know that Nathan and geo stayed behind for the studio but I reckon that wasn't always the plan, otherwise why would they be in the promo shots and on the merchandise? I reckon something happened, even when starr is back her and geo don't seem as close (yes I know they like each others posts) but the other week Nathan went for breakfast with starr and najah but geo didn't. Usually it would be Nathan, geo and starr.

We know Perri, Jess and Naomi/Jordan read here. Not sure about the rest.

Because they can’t just include her for social media, if there is a dislike between her and the girls for over a year, you can’t fake being friends for a few Instagram posts. We don’t know what’s gone down but she’s 4-5 years younger than the rest of them and I think there would be a quite a difference at that age in terms of clicking.

Shante (from what we see) seems happy in the group despite not having any friends/close relationships with the group.

It’ll be interesting to see if Geo and Starr become best friends again when they are back in Essex. What’s the plan for Diversity after April? I imagine some downtime and trips abroad for the members but then will it just be classes or what?
