I do believe Gofund me do take a percentage? A quick Google, which I didn't go into hugely, take 2.9% of every 0.25p , but I may have read that wrong. Maths isn't my strong point. Think his donations total was around £113k? Zero interest would be paid on that. 2 years on and those in need would have benefited from that money after the disaster...not 2 years later..he's still a fool though

Judging by the photos, it looks like the kitchen is on a mezzanine level. So I doubt it's a traditional 3 storey place and is probably really small. Still would've cost a bit, depending on the area though.
